Confidence building is a critical piece of puppy training. One of the ways you can build confidence is through exposing dogs to unfamiliar experiences and show them that it’s fun and safe!

From the woods to the city pack manners are extremely important!

While our hikes around the woods allow for a ton of freedom for the dogs to sniff around and play, we still work on recall, obedience, and appropriate play. This keeps the dogs from getting carried away in playing with each other and ensures they stay checked in with me. These hikes are where we work hard on our off leash obedience and manners.

Equally as important as our off-leash hikes are our leash walks! It’s important that dogs know how to calmly walk on leash, even with their buddies close by walking with them.

By having a balance of freedom and structure, we create a fulfilled, balanced, calm, and happy dog!
