Florida. Who can foster this baby for us or another rescue willing to help?

He doesn’t look up anymore. Not because he doesn’t want to see you… but because the world has already shown him too much pain.
A single gunshot tore through his young life, shattering his leg and his trust. Now, at just one year old, Victor sits quietly in a shelter corner—underweight, injured, and running out of time.

COURTESY POST:
South Texas-Corpus Christi area.
Everyone meet Stryker!
Stryker needs a JOB! He was tossed over a fence into someone’s yard at about 4 months old. He has come a long way and is ready for the next step. His foster family is so busy with livestock it doesnt leave much time to help him develop into the best doggo he can be.

The good:
Approx 7 months old.
Eager to learn and please.
Food and toy motivated.
House trained.
Crate trained.
Toy hoarder.
Gives kisses.
Uses his nose to find things underground without a hole already there. Will dig to China to find what he smells.
Loves water. Can’t keep him out of kiddie pools.
Could possibly be a cadaver SAR dog. He probably gets a little too excited for live finds.
Could possibly excel at dog sports.
Gets along with other dogs(his bff is a naughty bloodhound).
Walks well on a leash.
Has good recall for getting very little practice.
LIVES for a scheduled routine. (He won’t let you make him late.)

The not so good:
Chicken based kibble allergy.
Afraid of big and tall men, some women. We don’t know what caused this. With time, effort and this should be corrected.

If you’re in the Corpus area, there is a trainer that has laid eyes on Stryker and is aware of his quirks and can help you train Stryker to be the best employee ever!

Not neutered as pediatric altering isn’t recommended.

You will be properly vetted and need references. Your vet will be contacted and a contract signed.

South Texas:
This little guy was thrown over the fence into someone’s yard. He couldn’t have landed in a better yard. They searched for owners, checked for a chip and kept posting and sharing for 2 weeks. No one claimed him so here he is with Tryggr’s foster. Hes not available at this time, but stay tuned!!

HE NEEDS A NAME!! Finders called him “Trapper” bevause he was essentially trapped in their fence. He needs a strong Malinois name!!

For $5 Friday (extended to Saturday because we are late posting) we are looking for name suggestions. For every $5 you donate you give us a suggestion. We will draw a winning name Sunday.

COURTESY POST!! RGV TEXAS!

Dash is a gorgeous 1–2 year old German Shepherd who was found running through traffic in South Texas, searching for safety and a second chance. Now he's safe and ready to find his forever home.

This sweet, docile boy is full of love and thrives on being close to people. He’s friendly with other dogs, though he may need a little time to warm up. Dash is still young and has so much potential, he’s looking for someone to give him the love, attention, and companionship he’s been missing.

If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle-hearted pup to share life’s adventures with, Dash could be the perfect match.

Please contact Celeste Rangel for more information.

Leroy got a medicated bath today. He’s such a good boy!! A couple of weeks ago he was visited by the farrier, and that went pretty well but needs work. His favorite part was his Ohio visitor giving him snacks!

Tryggr’s rescue journey in pictures. From homeless to furever home. This sweet boy no longer has to worry about getting shot, if he’s getting another meal or if the human is going to hurt him. He STILL hates car rides and acts like he’s getting dumped all over again, but in time he will know he always gets to go home. He has his very own humans to spoil him, and it’s already started….
This boy’s life was saved because of strangers coming together to ensure he learns what being safe feels like. Thank you to every single person that supports this rescue and our mission.

I’ve been really behind with posting Tryggr updates. This sweet boy has a potential adopter and the hone check is this evening!!! That’s the awesome news!!
The not so awesome news. Over the last 3 weeks he has been battling a**l gland issues the rescue has incurred some vet bills. After his recheck #2 today they decided the oral antibiotics isn’t working and he needs to be sedated, have them flushed and packed with antibiotics. We could really use some funding help. Here’s the 3 invoices and the estimate for his appointment next week.

Our sweet boy Tryggr had a meet & greet yesterday. We think it went really well. He was a little shy at first but started warming up and even kept asking for treats!! He showed off that he will sit for treats and that he is just chill in the house. Keep this boy in your positive thoughts and prayers that he finally has his very own home!! No sharing attention with other furry critters. Just his own humans to love him forever!!

Here’s brief updated pictures of Leroy!! The weather has been CRAP and life busy so I haven’t given an update… We also have a wishlist of you’d like to help out and purchase anything, it’s appreciated.
We believe the skin condition to be rain rot, not eczema, once we have consistent warm weather I’ll start bathing him to see if I’m correct.

Update on Lanning:
Miss Lanning had her spay and gastropexy surgery at University of Tennessee Vet Hospital. During surgery a nodule was discovered on her liver. It was biopsied and we are waiting on those results.

The rescue desperately needs funding to help offset the vet bills. Vetting isn’t cheap but is absolutely necessary. People have failed the dogs brought in and we refuse to allow the failure to continue.

Without support we can’t continue to save the dogs tossed aside, starving, abused, neglected, unwanted and unloved. Like, comment, share, foster, adopt and donate if you’re able. We need help getting the rescue recognized so more people are aware of our efforts and can help us all help the dogs.
