Thank you for the shout out and for using NorCal Feed ! We are loving their products for our cattle and chickens.

We get grain and almond hulls from NorCal Feed, but it's about 1 1/2 hours from me (on the other side of Woodland). Despite the distance, we go anyway because their almond hulls are very clean (not full of branches, etc), and prices are good. Their All-Stock Livestock Blend (15% protein) grain is very good too. Now, thanks to a local farmer, Ayers Equine in Galt, https://www.facebook.com/AyersEquine, I no longer have to make that trip! They carrying NorCal Feed, they deliver, and their markup is minimal, plus they are very nice to work with!! This is a super convenient blessing!! Calving season came & went as fast as a hurricane this year. We had 1 in late fall, the the rest just arrived in a hurry. They are a good looking bunch. Ended up with 1 bottle calf, which has given us quite the learning experience. All of this is finished before foaling season, too, which is appreciated because that starts in April this year. Update you on that as it happens.
