The first day of summer break means Dr Stevens' nephews are helping the welding crew at the clinic. They will be awfully sad when their make shift teeter-totter is no longer available! π€£
Sam is so excited for this news, she is JUMPING for JOY:

Happy Easter from our crew at the clinic to you and your loved ones! We hope your day is filled with hope, love, and laughter!! π
What do you think of our new artwork?! These are acoustic panels that will, hopefully, help out the echoing that we are experiencing in the new clinic! We love our new space but with all the surfaces being "easy to clean" it echoes more than we would like. Fingers crossed this helps! If not, we have some pretty cool wall hangings! π€π€π₯°
Gollylee we have a great crew helping move today! Thank you to Sue VanDeVelde for the lunch!! It was delicious!!
Librela has been a GAME CHANGER for Apple's arthritis pain!!! Due to other issues that Apple has, she cannot take an anti inflammatory medication. This issue has limited our options to control her arthritis pain. When Librela came to the market, Dr Stevens knew this was a monthly injection she wanted to try to relieve Apple's pain.
Even as a veterinarian, Dr Stevens missed some signs of Apple's pain, thinking that Apple was just getting more mature and less childlike with her behaviors. Boy oh boy was Dr Stevens wrong, Apple is back to acting like a toddler and causing trouble!
Two months ago when Apple was asked if she was ready to go home at the end of the day, she simply came to the door lazily to get her leash hooked on. Now! Watch out! She is READY to go (minus her sister, Clemy, trying to tackle her constantly)! Enjoy Dr Stevens' girls being silly! π€£π€π Call us for details on how to make your seniors in your life more comfortable!
The new clinic had its first patient visit today! Apple approves! π₯°
Not common in a city but common where we love to practice veterinary medicine! π
Here at SVC we are doing a rain dance for all our farmers, gardeners and furry friends so that they may have a lush yard to play in! Let's see your rain dance!! Let's make it rain!!!

We have the best clients EVER!!! The goodies that you all bring us keep us going! THANK YOU to all who treat us!!! π₯°
The Lenten Litter came out of isolation this week! For the last 2 weeks they have been kept separated from other dogs to ensure they didnβt have any infectious diseases and to allow them to adjust to their refeeding schedule and gain some much needed weight. They are working on their social skills, obedience and potty training and are not ready for fosters or adoptions quite yet. This is Harry, Al and Star playing with Khash (blonde pup) who belongs to Debbie.
Tuesday fun, for us, not the kitten! This sample was taken from a 14 week old kitten that was adopted from a farm. This video shows both adult ear mites as well as eggs that will hatch. It even shows two adults wrestling! π€£ We will clean the kitten's ears and treat for ear mites!
Wrigley loves coming to see Dr. Stevens almost as much as we love visiting with Wrigley and her mom! πΎ π
The sneeze is the best part! π₯°
