Sad news. "Logan" passed away Saturday a.m. He was 13years old. Little Schnauzer. Cancer of the lungs and esophagus. This was the 3rd puppy I've groomed for the family. Thoughts of getting another puppy? Who knows, we will see. Keeping Logan in my heart always. He's with his grandpa now. Love, Aunt Tina

Congradulations everyone at the Pooch Parlor!!!!! We've been in business for 29yrs. on April 1, 1990!!!!!! Everything started in the A-frame bldg. on Genesee Lane. For the last 4 years we've been accepted here at the Galway Family Insurance Company in the Village of Galway. Right across the road from the Hardware Store. Hardware Store has a new owner and its a great place to shop. You wouldn't believe the things in that building.
Getting ready for the Easter groomings!!!!! Kids will be out of school for the week and we will be busy. Welcome Back Amsterdam customers. Thank you surrounding customers from Northville to Galway and from Galway to Rotterdam!!! Thank you Ballston Spa and Saratoga's finest. There's a lot of good looking groomed dogs out there!!!!!!! Aunt Tina loves you all. Thank you. Even my older pups who are now at home waiting and enjoying their relaxation.

Finally today I can post that I'm missing my little "daisy." She passed away last Saturday morning. Her mom took such good care of her and loves her so. I'm heartbroken. Love to her always, Aunt Tina

happy spring everyone!!!
I know the clock change will take alittle getting used to, but
we will be o.k. I'm still making appts. for new small dogs the entire month of March. Then it looks like the month of April is booking up already because Easter is April 21st!!!! The kids will be out of school for the week and that's always a busy time for everyone. So please book your April appts. soon. Also remember, Cookie, the yellow lab, at The Galway Family Insurance Co. is collecting dog toys, blankets, paper towels, bleach, dog treats and all of those other goodies that puppies love. She is collecting the entire Month of March for her friends at Dally's Hope For Paws Rescue. Penny Ross is doing an outstanding job of finding homes for the puppies in her care. So stop by and see "Cookie" she always loves a treat and has free kisses to give. Gotta get back to grooming!!! Love to all!😎

Hi Pooch Parlor friends and family!!
I am taking new small dog clients starting this month of February. Call now to set up your appts. because Easter will be here soon!!!! Please remember that most of my clients have their appts. booked in advance for 4, 6, and 8 weeks. Others have their puppy grooming appts. made for the whole year, so don't wait or you will be left out!! Also remember that if you don't make your scheduled appt. you will be charged a $25.00 no show fee. Sorry, but their are other puppies that need me!! Sorry no grooming appts on Saturdays. Groomer needs some grooming herself!!! Love ya's.

happy new year pooch parlor friends and family!!
This was the first week back after resting up from our holidays. It was so great to see all of my puppies and their parents. All is well in Maine. It was very nice to spend time with my family and their pets also. Slinky didn't want to leave his cousins, but it was time for us to return. I did alot of shopping for the Pooch Parlor and we are ready to start the New Year!!! I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays as much as we did. Now they are saying Snow. Lots of it!!!!! Please keep your pets on their leashes if you are taking them out. When it snows it becomes very difficult for drivers to slow down. We don't want any accidents this weekend. How about staying in and snuggling. Leave the shoveling and snowblowing to mom and dad!!!! Its Tax Time so I gotta get going to do some bookwork. I will be taking New Small Dogs in Feb. so make your appts. Now-dont wait. The girls at the Galway Family Insurance are excited that we are back to grooming and seeing all of you again. Happy thanksgiving everyone. Thank you for viewing Riggie Selbert and all of the kindness you have shown us. He's little and since I'm getting older my patience is a lot better!!!!! 28years of grooming and writing have kept me happy. Lets remember not to give our puppies too much turkey for Thanksgiving as it can cause stomach upset. No vet visits please!!!!!!
