Mountaineer Hunting Kennel

Mountaineer Hunting Kennel Specialized in breeding and training grouse dogs. We breed German Wirehair Pointers for the hunter that wants to hunt a variety of upland game and waterfowl.

Mountaineer Hunting Kennels, located in West Virginia, is dedicated to breeding and developing outstanding upland hunting prospects. We will have one to two litters each year. We usually have puppies and sometimes started dogs from these breedings. We also have outstanding Elhew Pointers available at most times. One or two litters are whelped each year. Most are sold as puppies, with a few retained and sold as started dogs.
