So proud of my sister, for the work that she and all of the amazing women of North Country Horses do to facilitate the New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program at her farm in upstate NY. Tonight, we went to a screening of Off Track: Fate Of A Racehorse. Amanda, along with a number of other incredible individuals were interviewed and spoke about their dedication to supporting the post-racing lives of thoroughbreds. John Wager and Jay Hanley, thank you for beginning a long overdue conversation about the importance of aftercare programs for retired racehorses and the many careers they can thrive in after their time on the track is done.
