Did you know that tearing things up is as natural to a dog as getting the mess cleaned up is to us?? As long as your pooch is not swallowing the stuffing they pull out of their toys or large amounts of paper, they really need to do this behavior. It is far better for them to tear up something every day that will not harm them and is provided and supervised by you than to find something on their own. 🤓

Boxes aren't just for cats! Try throwing some treats or kibble in the bottom and only closing one or two flaps. Encourage them to explore and get their rewards! They are great for tearing up, too! Please supervise so they don't eat the box itself.
