My board and trains have a lot of fun while they train with me 😉 School should be fun? Am I right?

Finnley on the right learning from my number one helper Stitch! He is going home Sunday and came for a one week board and train to start his basic obedience. He’s doing wonderful!

Sookie has made some wonderful progress. She goes back home on Wednesday and I’m so excited for her and her owner. We’ve mainly been focusing on refining her obedience. Solid sit and down stays (especially while I’m doing horse chores, teaching her to remain calm and stay in her place around the horses), lots of recall work and her recalls have been amazing, and lastly some off leash obedience on the trails while hiking. I couldn’t be happier with her progress. She’s been such a pleasure and she really just wants to please.

My next board and train will be arriving on the 30th of this month so stay tuned! If you or someone you know has a dog that needs training whether that’s basic obedience, puppy training, behavior modification, etc, send me a message to reserve your spot! I have board and train openings the second week of July! 😊

Student Spotlight- SOOKIE! She’s here for a 10-Day Board and Train to work on several things. At home she loves chasing anything that moves, cats, horses, even her friend dogs ears! So she’s here learning some ranch manners along with refining obedience/off leash work, which will help with the majority of her issues at home. Today is day 2 of her B&T and we started incorporating the E-Collar with Obedience and introduction to a reliable recall especially on the trail.

So far she’s been a super stellar student and I am so excited for her progress so home life can be much more enjoyable for all ❤️

A little engagement fun with puppy SIG this morning on our hike! It’s so important to constantly stay engaged with your dog not only at home but in public and on the trail. This helps achieve a strong relationship with your dog on and off leash 😊

Hey there! My name is CJ Davison and this is my partner in crime and the one who started my passion for dog training, Stitch. He is a 2 year old Belgian Malinois and is trained in Obedience, some bitework/protection, tricks and more! Through Stitch I have discovered my passion for dog training. I have been training dogs for 3 years now and worked alongside a professional police dog trainer who worked in Europe with some of the most elite dogs. It’s such a rewarding experience having a well trained, engaged dog to have fun with and it’s my dream to be able to help others achieve that feeling with their dogs!

So here’s some random fun around the ranch with Stitch! I will do some more introductory posts soon 😊
