There is a heat advisory all week, PLEASE keep your pets safe! 🐾

Only take dogs on short walks early in the morning and in the evening after the sun has gone down. Don't forget to provide shade, fresh water and never leave them in the car! Indoor/outdoor cats should be kept inside during the hottest part of the day and provided plenty of water too.

It is with the most bittersweet of moments that we are officially announcing the retirement of one the MOST amazing Veterinary Technicians the Veterinary world has ever seen ❤

Maureen (Moe, Moey, Vet Tech Legend ☺️) has been serving pets, pet parents and families, AND our community for 40 years! She has watched the evolution of Veterinary Medicine transform over the years in so many ways. She has helped teach and pour into our team not only professionally, BUT personally as well. She may never fully realize the impact she made on us all over the years, but we sure do hope she is reminded always when she reads through the many letters and cards from us, her loved ones, and clients that were presented to her at her retirement celebration 🤗 She has spent countless hours in surgery, exam rooms, curbside visits, and more! If you have been so fortunate to have her as your pet's technician than you know what a wonderful woman and technician she truly is!

Maureen, we wish you the most relaxing and fulfilling retirement life ever! You will always be a part of our TFPC family!! We thank you for your dedication, your care, your committment, your knowledge, your kindness, the laughs, the fun, and MOST of all we thank you for being you! Our Moey ❤😊❤

We had fun showing you how a stethoscope works, showing our models of a pet's inner ear, knee joints, and heart, AND we LOVED watching you enjoy trying on some of the protective equipment we use in our clinic too!
