I don’t know about you but my feed is flooded with tons of back to school🖍️pics this week LOVE THEM, but did the real MVPs 🐶 go back to holding down the fort while you were all gone with ease?

My top three tips for keeping pups safe and while you're gone:
1. Crate, fencing or safe space. Keeping your pup in a safe space will mean less coming home to destruction!🏅
2. A good chew to keep those endorphins going, one infused with CBD is a huge bonus!🦴
3. A good exercise routine to let out energy. Ball in the yard, a walk around your hood, or even some brain games! 20 mins a day will make a huge difference! 🎾

My Chocolate Merle boy is growing up so nicely. ☺️ He’s still very much a baby and it’s so fun to keep a young dog in the house. I look forward to seeing where he goes to for his forever home. My goal is to find him a guardian home but I’m not in a hurry!

Crate training puppies before go home is an important part of my puppy curriculum. I am not disillusioned that many of my puppy buyers are not able to stay home with their puppy 24/7. They work outside the home, have kids in activities, and have active lives. While I encourage them to include their puppy in those outings as much as possible, I know it’s not always possible. A crated puppy is a safe puppy!
Bonus for me is starting crate training sometimes is very comical. Doodles really be doodling in crates!

Seeking Guardian Homes!

I have two pups from my breeding program I’m looking to place into guardian homes.

Olivia is a 3 year old, 40lbs, female, wavy coat Goldendoodle.

Paddington is a 15 week old, estimated to be 50lbs, male, wavy coat Goldendoodle.

To qualify for my Guardian Home Program, you must:
✅ Live within 60 minutes of Garland, TX and be flexible for drop-offs and pickups.
✅ Keep the dog safe and contained in a fenced backyard.
✅ Take the dog to an approved vet for care. I cover health testing and breeding-related vet expenses. You are responsible for routine pet-related vet expenses.
✅ Provide basic training, such as house, leash, and crate training, and basic obedience.
✅ Keep the dog groomed on a 6-8 week schedule with a professional groomer.
✅ Have no plans of relocating within the next 5 years for a female, 8 years for a male.
✅ Understand that I waive the purchase price of the dog in exchange for your cooperation and dedication to providing a safe and loving home for the lifetime of the dog. 🏡❤️🐾

I brought Cordy home 3 years ago just before school started. I took him to school pick up everyday. We drove up, walked up, got there early to do training, came screamin’ in late bc I got distracted. It was one of the best things ever for exposure. I think some worry about bringing a dog home during a busy season. Honestly I think it’s the best time. Teach them young that life is unpredictable, new things happen every day & you gotta roll with it! Cordy is my Load Up Pup (actually all my dogs are) but he specifically started that journey with me and I love it!

Litter Visit Day • Among the Trees 🌲

This is hands down my favorite day. Hearing families say they love so many, if not all of them. Giving them the opportunity to spend 1:1 time with them. Seeing how well they can already describe their personalities to me tells me, I’ve done my job. I work really hard to give them a true behind the scenes experience with their litter. This day in some ways is the reason for all of it. The reason I don’t let anyone just pick a cute puppy from a picture. It’s my way of giving them an opportunity they may not have known was there, the opportunity to be open. To really see that each puppy is different, each has their own personality. They’ve had the opportunity to see them almost daily since birth. It’s a fun way for me to be able to connect families to the whole litter, long before they match with their forever!

These moments before temperament evaluations are completed. Before anyone matches with their Goldendoodle of a Lifetime, they get the rare opportunity to love them all. 🤎🍄🐾
