Sonic. I don't know if I have ever met a more pampered, spoiled and loved dog. You will forever be a bottle fed puppy riding in your mom's purse in my heart. It is never long enough.

Almost 10 years later, I finally took the time to redo Gambit's portrait. He was sick as I was doing my first commission and died shortly afterward. I worked and reworked his portrait, driving myself crazy. It took a long time to realize it would never be perfect. Much like this little Bart Simpson of a dog. He hated men with white hair, feet, and bicycles, which unfortunately meant wheelchairs as well. Life was often frustrating and ackward with him, but never boring.

Another of the dogs that changed my life. I'm enjoying taking some time off from my day job and getting caught up on some projects. Art can not bring them back. It's just a physical manifestation of the love that is still there.

Lil Bit. This one was commisioned by a very sweet lady for her son and daughter in law. Sadly she became ill and passed away right as I was finishing it. I think it helped the family to know how much she was thinking of them at the end. Rest in peace Lil Bit and Sue.
