Jack added two more big titles to his Barn Hunt collection this weekend, getting the final leg of his RATCHX3 under Judge Colin Ratcliffe, and earning enough points to also get a Crazy 8s Platinum-Bronze title. Thanks to K9 Athletes Sports Academy for another awesome weekend of rat hunting!

Congratulations to Jenn Hartman and Bacardi's brother "Primo" on winning a 3-point major at the New Castle, PA, dog show this morning. The second photo is Bacardi's reaction.... 😄 His wild hair is why he was placed in a sports dog dachshund home. 🙃 He has barn hunt, earth dog, field trials, and agility in his future.

The rescue that took in the 30 dachshunds from The BB Sanctuary has received over 150 applications. They are overwhelmed by the support from the dachshund community. ❤️❤️❤️

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS ON THESE PRECIOUS BABIES! We are diligently calling vet references, applicants, checking home set up, background checks and all other due diligence owed these precious pups to assure only the best for these babies!!

We are sad to learn of the passing of an amazing rescue person. Ann Davies, founder of The BB Dachshund Sanctuary, LLC, left this earth on Saturday after failing health. This rescue in Muncie, Indiana, has stepped up to help care for the 30 dachshunds who were living at the sanctuary. If you are able to help with their immediate needs, information is in the post below.
