We are so grateful for the many donations we received for the holidays for our fur babies! We thought we would show some of adorable cats and kittens playing with the new toys on Christmas morning. Tomorrow we will post pictures of our puppies and dogs interacting with their new toys.

Shadow is looking for someone in the crowd to say take me and add me to your family. Shadow has been with me for awhile at the shelter. She is dog, cat, and family friendly. She has a very laid back style in her personality. She loves to lay on her bed in the kennel and dream of someday having a home. She loves to play with toys from the toy chest in the office. She will pick up a toy and lay with it for awhile almost like a child with a blanket.

Dear Santa:
I have never written a letter to Santa Claus before and I hope I am doing it right. First of all, I have been always been a wonderful dog doing everything perfect. I love people and other dogs and I wonder if you could tell me why I am still here-did I do something wrong? I know I am nice and not naughty like some dogs I know-please don't tell them that-LOL! My only wish is that I would love to find a home for the holidays along with the other dogs longing for a home. I am looking forward to Santa in making my wish come true. Sammie has been with me for a year and is still waiting for a home for the holidays. She is very sweet and shows no aggression towards dogs, cats, or people. She is strong and is very intelligent and wants to learn commands. She would do great with a family with children over the age of ten. She loves to play and run. I personally can't understand why she is still here a the shelter for a year. She is spayed, vaccinated, and heart worm negative. She has never been in a home EVER! PLEASE LET US FIND A HOME FOR HER! Ghost who has been with us for awhile is looking for his holiday dream to come true. We call him Mr. Big Head, but, he has a side to him that is gentle and loving. He is pretty laid back and loves to spend time with the office manager in her office greeting all the many visitors to come and see if they can find a companion to call their own.
