It’s been a bit since I’ve given an update! First and foremost everyone is doing fantastic! Bunnie is almost completely healed and back to her cute little silly self. The kittens are also doing wonderful with the loving care of Bex Tuning who jumped in with both feet to care for them when Bunnie got sick. They started their journey with us on the day they were born, June 8th. Weighing 3.0 /3.0 / 2.7 Oz. Bunnie and I cared for them for 11 amazing days. It was heartwarming and beautiful watching Bunnie care for those babies! They are now at/near or over 10oz each! Bex is beginning the litter box training and they’ve become playful and more energetic each day.

Bunnie will get her sutures out this weekend and I plan to take treats and a card to both veterinary hospitals that diligently cared for her and saved her life 💜 I can’t express in words how grateful I am to everyone involved in both the wonderful and the tragic events of this journey. The heartfelt messages, the love and support and the generous donations that helped lift the burden. You all stepped up when I exhausted my own resources and I feel so blessed. Thank you so very much and I love you all! 🐾💕🐾💕🐾

Hey everyone this is Miranda, many of you know moms dog bunnie is in the hospital fighting for her life right now. She has been there for two days now and is now being transferred to tanasbourne emergency vet to see a specialist. She has to get a specialty surgery for a mastectomy. She is already $5300 in and cant afford the surgery. She was quoted it would be upwards to $8,000. I am hopping on here to ask for your help in helping the woman who has helped soo many people. Bunnie is more then just a pet she is our family and we are hoping she pulls through this. Im going to list all the options she has for payment. Every penny helps. I’m inviting anyone who would like to join Gaston Grooming walking the parade with your dog please send me a message. Costumes encouraged 😎 This is ONLY if it’s not too hot for their feet on the asphalt! Perhaps pulling in a wagon as an alternative to walking. So proud of our trophy full of puppies! They got to come have a bath today!! If anyone is interested in these sweet baby purebred Yorkies we still have 2 males available!!!! We will be closed again today! Please be patient and understand that even though the main roads in town my be fine to travel on, the back roads and hills are unsafe. Those of you with canceled appointments this week will be contacted and rescheduled before any other scheduling is done. If you’ve called to schedule and have left a voicemail, you’ll be added to a call back list and contacted in order with cancellations being first priority.

Hi everyone! Due to severe weather and dangerous driving conditions, we will be closed Tuesday 12/28. If you have a scheduled appointment, I will be contacting you to reschedule. As the week progresses, please stay tuned for updates and/or call ahead to insure we are open. I live in the hills above Gales Creek and even when the main roads in town are clear and safe, it’s a different story out here.
