I have one week to place Mia in a home. I’ve been working hard with her since the middle of December. She’s completed her training and needs a home of her own. I am relocating to NC one week from today so she needs a home quickly. She was gotten with the intention to train and “rehome.” The last thing I want to do is postpone my move because she has no where to go. Her last interested person turned her down due to Lyme disease that may prevent her from extremely high impact work or sports. She isn’t symptatic and will only require treatment in the occurrence of a flare up.
- 1 year old
- Intact female
- Unregistered
- Fully vaccinated
- Heart worm negative and on parasite prevention
- Lyme positive but not symptomatic
- Fully basic obedience trained (leash walking, sit, down, stay, place stay, recall, and basic manners)
- Great food drive
- Unlike most huskies, she has a very consistent recall and we’ve done off leash work to make it even better
- Crate trained but can be vocal when it’s close to potty time
- Incredibly sweet and affectionate
- Dog friendly but her play style may be too intense for elderly or very laid back dogs
- Unsure how she’d do with cats but has done well with small dogs and puppies
- Moderately submissive but doesn’t lack confidence
- Very petite and adorable
- Will be rehomed with whatever training equipment she needs, food for transitioning, her training info, her slow feeder bowl, and a copy of her records
- You’ll have lifetime support from me as her trainer
Okay, guys, we got Jake a home so now it’s Mia’s turn. Share her all over Facebook so she can find her people!

My sweet boy Jake is still looking for his forever family. Just look in his eyes 😍
- Roughly 2 years old
- I’m guessing he’s a Collie/Hound mix
- Neutered male
- Fully vetted, I will get his records
- Fully on and off leash trained
- Crate trained
- Does have a history of resource guarding but I also worked on this during our time training
- His new family will receive all of his training information, recommended structure for the home, and lifetime support from me as his trainer
- Has not been a fan of very small children, but does well with kids 8+ years old that know boundaries and how to properly interact with him
- He can be uncertain around new people and new environments but he takes guidance from his handler to overcome it
- He really is so sweet and affectionate. I absolutely love this boy and he was an absolute breeze to train with. He just needs a family that can set clear boundaries with him and provide the structure he needs to feel safe.
Seriously? How has Mia gotten no serious inquiries? She’s amazing! This is Mia! She is being rehomed after she completes her basic obedience course. I love this sweet girl and want her to have the best home.

Share to get Mocha the perfect family!
Mocha is a girl that has struggled with littermate syndrome as a product of irresponsible breeding and ownership. She’s going through a program developed specifically for her in preparation for the perfect family.
- Just turned one year old
- Intact
- Loving and playful
- Thoroughly enjoys butt scratches and sitting in your lap
- Fully vaccinated and on parasite preventative
- Loves zoomies and social play outside
- Peanut butter is her favorite snack
- Excellent manners
- Wonderful with kids, even with her size
- You can’t help but to laugh at her goofy antics
- Actually howls when she needs attention lol
- Known to be a fence jumper when unsupervised
- Has been working on building confidence and skills through basic obedience training
- Due to her history with toxic codependency, she will need to be an only dog or live with one other dog a couple years older than her. She has done well with other large breed males but hasn’t always done well with small breed females.

We have a mini-pig and her three dog siblings staying with us. I cannot stop laughing at this. Non-canine and non-feline boarders are taken on a case-by-case basis 😂
AVAILABLE DOG POST
This is Theo! Theo was returned to his breeder because his owner went two years without doing any training with him so he was suddenly full grown (and a little overweight) and too crazy to handle. He’s now slimmed down perfectly and is doing well with basic obedience.
- Two years old
- Intact male
- Working line GSD
- Fully vetted
- High drive, would make a great tracking dog
- Does have common under-stimulated GSD behaviors: territoriality in the yard, frustration barking in the kennel when dogs go by, panting, and pacing. These things have gotten better with training and can be eradicated if the training is kept up with.
- Due to lack of critical socialization, he may need placed as an only dog but I’m going to test him with another dog to know for sure.
- Great with kids, but he’s still learning not to jump
- Crate trained
- House trained
- Already knows sit, down, here, and loose leash walking
- People friendly, weary of strangers at a distance
He’s truly a very sweet boy that deserves a home with people who will be involved with him ❤️🐾

This is a fun trend but it’s the perfect opportunity to show off ideal dog body condition. A leaner physique helps to keep extra stress off of your dog’s joints and vital organs 💪🏼❤️🐾

Dakota works for a ball
We’re not kidding when we say he’s fully trained! Just look at this awesome boy 😍🐾❤️
Everyone, meet Dakota! This boy came to me from a family that loved him so much that they realized he needed placed with a family that better fit his needs. Here are the details on him:
- Rescue pup
- German Shepherd
- 4 years old (no puppy shenanigans lol)
- Neutered
- Fully vaccinated
- Trained in basic obedience
- Commands are in English
- Very calm demeanor
- Does have a chicken allergy (eating Purina Pro Plan salmon)
- Could be placed as an only dog or with an older, calm dog (high energy dogs make him uncomfortable)
- Unsure about how he’d do with cats or livestock
- Can live with kids! He’s done super great with my sisters (ages 7 and 14)
- Neutral to strange people/animals/vehicles
- Aloof personality and likes to have his own space
- Adjusts quickly to change in environment and routine
He is a GSD so he has a lot of their common characteristics. He is healthily weary of strangers, not overly-affectionate, and needs more than the average dog’s amount of mental and physical stimulation. Because of this, I would prefer to place him with a family/owner that is:
- Experienced with GSD and/or other working breeds
- Considerably active
- Will take the time to work with him and keep his mind sharp through training, play, and enrichment activities (I can teach you how)
- Will understand that you cannot force affection with him
- Is willing to learn how to respect his space and boundaries
This dog is incredible and I adore him. I want him to have the best home possible with people that will love him as much as we do. Share and/or tag your friends that would give him everything he deserves. The link will take you to all the pictures and videos we have taken and will continue to take while he’s here with us ❤️🐾
Timon and Pumbaa (their real names are Roux and Pedro lol) are here to bring some joy to your feed that’s probably filled with a lot of turmoil. We hope everyone is safe over the holiday weekend!
Early morning session with my boy! We’re booking our summer training sessions now. Keep an eye out for new training options that will be posted later today. Message us to book your spot!
Dakota has come out of his shell!
Keep sharing this amazing boy so he can get a family ❤️

Bella is one of my most favorite dogs on the planet and I’ve been taking care of her since she was a puppy when her parents go out of town. She’s getting ready to turn 7 🥹❤️

Mara passed her socialization test in Lowe’s today. Heeling without command, focus, ignoring distractions, holding stays. I am so proud of how far she’s come 🥹

Getting socialized to tiny humans since she’s going to be living with many of them! Seeing a happy dog instead of a scared dog is just incredible 🥰

Training doesn’t always go smooth, even for your trainers & their dogs. Changing the object threw him for a loop 😂 after about 10 minutes of repeating “bring” and rewarding him for touching the lint roller, we went back to retrieving the bottle. Then I switched back to the lint roller and we got it a few times! The point is, sometimes they get confused. We just have to step back and go back to what they know. Then reintroduce the new thing. Don’t get frustrated. Have patience. They’re learning ❤️🐾

Working on getting a little prance in our focused heel using toy reward and a clicker. Everyone needs a dog that pushes you to be better while you’re pushing them to be better too 💪🏼😍🐾❤️
