What a world…..
In the past I have taken most people at their word and them mine.
I have prefered to have friendly, trusting exchanges when it comes to any dog dealings.
Unfortunately I was not paid a stud fee from a local doodle breeder who used Paz without my knowledge or permission.
Paz had been temporarily staying with a family member who allowed another family member to take him to use as a backup stud to her Bernese Mt. dog.
Despite my efforts, she refused to pay any stud fee stating that I did not have a written contract.
In the past we did not have written stud contracts as she was “trusted” family. Also I did not use Paz for any stud service’s as a courtesy to her Breeding program due to any compition she may have had.
I did not have a signed contract with her as Paz was used without my knowledge or consent. So sad that I cannot trust even close family members.
Please…. be careful when your dogs are not at home with you, and always have it in writing.

Hope,
I can hardly express my gratitude for the dog you bred!!!
Sydney is a very loved dog - he's sweet-natured, extremely intelligent, and really loyal especially to me and then Dave is second. His morning routine is waiting by my chair until I finish my breakfast and then cuddling with me on the couch for as long as I'll sit with him. And he loves having his belly rubbed.
He and I finished his third obedience class this morning and he's advanced to level 2.
He trains very easily. My goal is still to have him become a therapy dog and I think he'll be really good at that.
He is the BEST dog ❤.
