With the cold weather finally here, today is the last day we are having the grab and go cooler open. Come and grab the last of the fresh produce for the year and stock up on some blue Oyster mushrooms andnour variety of teas for the cold months ahead.
Thank you all so much for the support you have given us, we can't thank you enough. We will still be growing mushrooms and microgreens through the winter so send us a message if you want to stop by and pick some up.
You can always find our products as Sassafras in downtown White Bear Lake and also at Sentryz Supermarket in NE Minneapolis.

We hope you have been enjoying this lovely summer. Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for the end of season CSA. We have various memberships still available starting at just $100.

Hey Friends,
We just wanted to give a few updates on what's happening at the farm.

First off, the grab and go cooler is fully stocked with lots of goodies. Come by and check it out, it is available any time😊

We have made a few changes to things starting this week. With careful consideration, and due to the success of our CSA program and grab and go cooler, we have decided to become a CSA Member farm only. We have updated memberships to our half season tiers.
What makes us different and unique in our CSA program is you, the member get to choose what items you want so that each box is specifically catered to you. Each tier is a different amount based on how much you would like to purchase throughout the season. You aren't obligated to order each week. Members are free to use their dollar amounts in any size in any week.

Starting this Saturday, we also will be partnering with Sassafras in downtown White Bear Lake and will be outside of their store with a farmers market type set up. Stop by and check us out.

Beginning on July 20th, we will be at the remainder of Marketfests in downtown White Bear Lake. We will be in front of Sassafras on 3rd street.

We are open on Saturday 12-4. You can place your orders online at http://happyfieldsveganicfamilyfarm.farm We have lots of delicious fresh lettuce and microgreens for a great salad on these hot summer days. Our lettuce is crisp and delicious. We don't use any chemicals or sprays and it's grown in ground and not hydroponically.
We also have delicious mushrooms, dried and fresh, fresh and frozen berries for yummy smoothies. Berry season is short so pick some up while you can. We also have our home made salsa and new this year, our home brewed Kombucha.

Hello Happy Fields Family!

We are excited to announce that we are officially open to the public starting on Saturday, July 1(7/1). We will be open for orders only on Saturdays, however, this could change in the future.

You will be able to place orders on Friday and Saturday. We have lots of new products that we are introducing this season, one imparticular is our home brewed Kombucha. We have 2 flavors at the moment, a strawberry sage and also ginger lemon. This is a great probiotic and amazing for gut health.

Raspberry season has just begun and we finally after a long wait have Lions Mane mushrooms back. We also have tons of. Blue Oysters.

If you can't make it on Saturday, we do also have our grab and go cooler which is stocked daily and replenished throughout each day. This jd available anytime and no pre-ordering is required. Just come at your convenience.

Hey y'all! The mushrooms are back finally. We have mushrooms stocked in the fridge and you can also send a message to place an order for them. We are on the tail end of strawberries so grab a pack while you can. We have added frozen strawberries to our inventory as well.

The strawberries started turning this week. We did put just a few containers in the grab and go fridge.
These are super delicious and sweet. We use absolutely NO chemicals or sprays so they have a short shelf life. But oh are they so good.

We are super excited for our CSA members to get to take part in our U-Pick event this weekend.

Hey Everyone!

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by and supported the grab and go table. Lettuce plants and Spinach has been added this week. Stop by any time to check it out.

This is the last week to sign up for the CSA membership, the last day will be 5/31 and a huge thank you to those that have already joined. Lots of produce has been getting planted this last week and we can't wait for you to all enjoy it.
