💛 FOSPICE HOME NEEDED FOR SWEETIE 💛
Sweetie is looking for a loving, quiet home to stay in while she undergoes medical observation — and we urgently want her to spend this time surrounded by comfort, not stress.
Sweetie is an incredibly sweet, happy, high-energy girl who struggles with severe anxiety in the shelter, but she thrives in a home. She’s house trained, doesn’t chew things up, adores cuddling, and has lived in a home before with wonderful behavior.
🐾 Compatibility & Home Requirements 🐾
💛 Dog-friendly, but must be the only dog in the home due to resource guarding.
💛 May consider a home with other pets only if Sweetie can be fully separated at all times.
💛 No kids under 12.
💛 Prefer a fenced yard where she can run and burn off energy.
💛Foster must be able to take her to vet appointments every couple of weeks and weigh her weekly (at home or at the shelter).
🩺 Why Sweetie Needs Fospice Care
Sweetie was recently returned to us after her owner could no longer afford her medical treatment. She had a mast cell tumor removed in July, and since then she has experienced significant muscle deterioration. Our vet is concerned the cancer may have spread internally.
She currently takes medication twice daily, but does not require any other special care. Despite everything, she is so full of life, joyful, and eager for love. We truly believe she will tell us when she’s ready to stop fighting — but until then, she deserves softness, safety, and a home.
❤️ She Shouldn’t Spend Her Potential Last Days in a Shelter
Sweetie loves deeply, lives joyfully, and wants nothing more than to curl up next to someone who cares. Please help us give her the chance to rehab in comfort — or simply spend her days wrapped in love.
