I started this career in 2022 to help make ends meet when my husband (disabled vet) had to leave his post military retirement career to spend some much needed time healing from his time overseas. I had been a stay at home mom for 6 years, so I wanted a career that I was very passio

nate about. I decided on dog grooming because it compliments of my love for dogs and creativity. I especially enjoy the challenge of helping nervous and/or highly reactive dogs of all sizes feel safe and comfortable in my salon. My goal is to make every session as enjoyable as possible with a calm and loving environment. I grow these skills by volunteering my services to the APL on a regular basis. I chose to convert my detached garage into my salon in lieu of a commercial salon so that I can be close to my family and continue my career.
