Not one, but TWO dynamic duos are patiently waiting for their furever homes at Petsmart Geneva! These purrfect companions have gotten little interest, and we're not sure why 🤔

🐱 CASPER & CLEO: These two white beauties are the epitome of feline elegance. They adore pets, especially ear and face scratches. While timid in new environments at first, Casper will be the bold one, getting out and exploring, with Miss Cleo following behind her brave hero. The bond these two have is so precious to witness!

🐱 ASPER & FUMI: These pretty kitties could have their own TV sitcom with their antics! They have been growing up with SAYv Animal Organization since they were small little ones, we're eager to see these two in their furever home. They are soft, sweet, happy kittens that are eager to have a full home to call their own, complete with a kitten friend with equal energy!

Masters of the red dot 🔴 laser pointers, these kitties also love to be up high! Casper is the brave man, venturing out and trying new things with Miss Cleo following shortly after. These darlings would love to live together in a quiet home, ideally with no other cats - but these two could adjust to a home with dogs. At nearly two years old, these two are ready to settle in to their furever home together! On this we are featuring Lionel, the sweet 9 year old tuxedo who deserves a loving home after losing his prior family due to them moving out of the country. Lionel suffered from health issues in the shelter, including stomatitis, which led to him needing a nearly full mouth extraction under our care. He is now healthy, healed up and ready to move on to the purrfect home, he and his five teeth require a strictly wet food diet. In foster care, we noticed that Lionel didn't much care for the company of dogs, so we believe that his forever home would be best if there wasn't a resident dog. After the difficult times he has had, sweet Lionel deserves nothing but what's best for him!

Lionel is also a polydactyl cat, with a couple extra toe beans to make him even more adorable! We also can't forget to mention Lionel's totally awesome and unique ink blotch in one of his dashing green eyes, what a treasure!

We introduced Vail last week, and she's gone on to her furever home, leaving this sweet boy all on his lonesome- it's his turn for the ⭐️ spotlight ⭐️

Denver loves human affection of all kinds! He's a wonderful snuggly guy who is very fond of getting scratches behind his ears. His golden eyes are beautiful, he'd love to spend the mornings birdwatching in a window on a perch up high, or the back of the couch. As long as he's got human companionship, he'll be a happy man! 😻

Introducing Vail 🗻 the sweet adventurous buddy at Petsmart Geneva! He is a 5 month old gray pattern tabby ready to climb all the peaks and explore all of the caves of his furever home- could it be with you?

He and his brother Denver have been hanging out together and really going places! You may have seen them at PetSmart, and they even travelled up to Plainfield for an adoption event last weekend, these kittens are up for anything, but what they want more than anything is to find a nice soft landing with any and all kinds of cat toys with loving companions. If you think you would be a good fit to love this playful munchkin while he grows, please consider adopting!

Please note that through observing Vail and his brother Denver, it's clear that these two love having playmates and will do best in a home with a feline friend for them. This means means that each of them will need to be adopted either with another kitten or playful cat or into a home that has a playful feline friend for them to hang with. While not required, these brothers do love each other, so we would love it if they could be adopted together!

That’s right, SAYv Animal Organization is looking to hire its first paid team member EVER. ❤️

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SAYv Petsmart Lead to support the SAYv team, support cat care at our Petsmart Geneva location, oversee adoption processes and increase volunteer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, excels at organization and communication and is excited about finding forever homes for SAYv cats.

The SAYv Petsmart Lead will support both in-store and virtual operations. Days and hours in-store may vary from week-to-week, although some regular recurring in-store hours will be required (for example, every Saturday and Sunday from x to x).

Additional details:
➡️This will be an independent contractor role! (1099 contractor status required)
➡️20 hours/week
➡️ Must love cats 😻

🎁 During the holiday season, there is so much color all around. 🎄 Why not bring a beautifully multicolored cat into your home to match it?

On this we are featuring Peach, the precious tabico cat who would look so lovely underneath the lights of a Christmas tree 😻

Peach has been quite the chatty personality at Petsmart Geneva, she gets along just fine with the other adult cats that she interacts with here, and while she is not the biggest fan of kittens, she does miss the delicious kitten food that she had before her kittens were adopted. We're often catching her stealing food out of the bowls of the kittens while she is out stretching her legs!

She is a very sweet girl with an extra special presence. If you have space in your heart ❤️ and home 🏡 this holiday season, consider inviting this sweet girl into your life, you won't regret it!

We are just swimming in tabby cats and kittens in our care, it is so hard to feature just one on ! Today we feature just one of an adorable trio of 3 precious tabby faces: the sweet Mimas - who is named after one of the planet Saturn's moons! 🌕

You guessed it! The mama cat for this adorable trio was named Saturn, who has already found her furever home! It's so great for her, but now her young kittens are waiting all alone at Petsmart Geneva for their stories to begin.

Mimas, along with his siblings Tarvos and Narvi are only 4 months old with so much love to give and life to live! There will be no shortage of lap snuggles and laughs due to kitten antics with a pair of kittens added to your family! We at SAYv believe that kittens do best with a kitten companion in their life, so Mimas will need to be adopted with another kitten or into a home with a kitten already.
