Dear Clients,
With the upcoming winter storm (round two), I want to provide some clarity regarding my approach to scheduling during winter weather.
Although I work in Georgetown, I reside in Lexington, so I always consider road conditions in both areas when making decisions. Typically, I will decide whether to reschedule appointments by 8:00 AM on the day of your scheduled visit.
If conditions allow us to safely travel to the salon but worsen later in the day, there may be mid-day rescheduling. However, this will only occur in the case of significant or unexpected weather changes.
If I need to reschedule your appointment due to weather, I will prioritize working you in as soon as possible, usually within the next few days or the following week. Additionally, if you feel uncomfortable traveling due to weather conditions, there will be ❄️no late cancellation fees❄️ during this time. I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Please avoid no-call, no-show situations when possible, as it helps me plan my day and avoid unnecessary trips to the salon.
