Our efforts to clear our parking lot pond have fallen short.( the flood ) Georgetown PD have closed Elkhorn Plaza till further notice. This means all appointments will be canceled tomorrow. We will contact all clients individually and get you rescheduled as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe and remember turn around don’t drown!!!

Due to Extreme Flooding in the Elkhorn Plaza, Law Enforcement has shut down the plaza till further notice.
The store will be closed tomorrow Saturday April 5th. We will hope to be back open Monday April 7th.

Clients! Please be cautious of our new pond installed over the duration of the storms. We realize the placement is a bit unconventional. It may take some time before we are able to relocate it. 🚣🏼‍♀️
🚩🚩🚩🚩 in all seriousness !!!! Please be aware that our parking lot is flooded. We are currently still open as you are able to safely access our building through the other side to the left. Please DO NOT drive through the water. It is deeper than you think. Remember it only takes 6inches of water to move a vehicle. Dear Clients,

With the upcoming winter storm (round two), I want to provide some clarity regarding my approach to scheduling during winter weather.

Although I work in Georgetown, I reside in Lexington, so I always consider road conditions in both areas when making decisions. Typically, I will decide whether to reschedule appointments by 8:00 AM on the day of your scheduled visit.

If conditions allow us to safely travel to the salon but worsen later in the day, there may be mid-day rescheduling. However, this will only occur in the case of significant or unexpected weather changes.

If I need to reschedule your appointment due to weather, I will prioritize working you in as soon as possible, usually within the next few days or the following week. Additionally, if you feel uncomfortable traveling due to weather conditions, there will be ❄️no late cancellation fees❄️ during this time. I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Please avoid no-call, no-show situations when possible, as it helps me plan my day and avoid unnecessary trips to the salon.

Prepare to keep those doggies warm, friends! 🥶

🥶🥶 OH MY COLD!!! 🥶 🥶

This is about as cold of a signal as you are ever going to see on models from 10-14 days out for our region of the Ohio & Tennessee Valleys! This is dangerous stuff! This particular model is around January 9th-12th.

I’m telling you folks, you need to be preparing now for extended brutal cold coming up over the next 1-3 weeks. Now I can’t tell you exactly how cold it’s going to get, but it’s going to get coldddd I know that. This isn’t a one shot and done deal either, this is a long lasting cold spell.
