Our Story
Scott County Humane Society is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization which for more than 30 years has served our growing community and surrounding areas through our adoption, rescue and spay/neuter programs. We rely on donations, grants and fundraising to support and develop new and existing programs to assist cats and dogs in need, and the community. To learn more about our organization, visit our Adoption and Education Center in the Indian Acres Shopping Center (S. BroadwayPocahontas) in Georgetown. We are open M-F from 12pm to 6pm).
