To our valued clients,

We try to keep social media upbeat, but there has been a concerning trend recently that needs to be addressed. In the past few months we have noticed an influx of rudeness. We are just one week into Dental Month, and things are a bit more hectic at the clinic than usual. We are proud to offer this dental special as a service to our clients and non-clients in the community, but it does require more work for staff.

Along with the dental appointments, we also have our regular scheduled surgeries, full days of sick and wellness pet visits, as well as our ongoing renovations to make each visit a better experience for your pet. As such, there are going to be delays and occasional increased wait times. We know this is stressful for you but we assure you, it's stressful for us as well. Our goal is to accommodate our patients while upholding our commitment to exceptional care. Our staff has been insulted, shouted at, criticized, and verbally abused on the phone and in person. This is not acceptable and is upsetting and counterproductive. We are all doing our best to treat your pets the way we would want our family to be treated. We are all human, and we sometimes run late or miss a phone call or even make a mistake. Please have a little empathy for our staff as they work long, full days for your pet's care.

We want to continue to be your pet's family doctor and we want to be able to provide the best care for all life stages. We appreciate the majority of our clients for their kindness, patience, and understanding. Your support means the world to us. As always, we remain committed to providing exceptional care for your beloved pets. 🐾

Hello everyone!

We wanted to reach out and let you know about our APP! Yes, we have an APP! If your pet in is our system and their vaccinations are up to date, you can schedule anything with us, such as Boarding, Daycare or Grooming.

Everything comes to us as a REQUEST. Once we confirm your service, you will receive an email and in-app message back that your request for that certain service has been approved and is confirmed with us!

*New Customers will have to call us first so we can set you up in our system.*

1. Simply go to your app store and download “Pet Exec”
2. Once it is downloaded, open the app and it will ask you for a login and password. That login will be your email that we have on file; slide that into the login box and hit the link that says “Reset/Request new password.”
3. You will receive an email and you will be able to reset that password and you are off and running!

If you have any questions, please give us a call and someone can help you with the set up process.
*Also, you can now send us a TEXT MESSAGE directly! Here is the number: 502-503-5444
Just bear in mind that once we close for the day, the text messages will be answered the next business day.

Good afternoon everyone!
We understand that there are some rumors out there. We wanted to take a minute and clarify why we dropped prices mid spring this year.

Overall we don’t want to be a part of the inflation, we understand how expensive things are today with more prices going up everyday.

You all and your pets are very important to us, and we want to make sure you’re not spending a fortune with us while trying to balance family vacations, visits, groceries and gas. We can assure you we are not losing clientele nor are we struggling for staff. It’s just a gesture of good will from us to you all.

On another note we are filling up for Memorial Day weekend and Toyota shutdown. Ensure you get in as soon as you can!

One last thing, please be aware of your pet(s) vaccinations and ensure they are updated with us before you use any of our services.

Hello Everyone!

We are going to conduct another Basic Training class! The Details are below, if you are interested give us a call (502)-603-0014.

Starting: May 7, 2024 Every Tuesday and Thursday evening

Graduation: May 30, 2024

Time: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Place: Central Kentucky Pet Resort

Price: $320.00 (per dog) plus 6% tax



The beginner course focuses on basic manners, such as sit, down, etc. You will learn how to increase engagement & communication with your dog. The course also focuses on redirection techniques, loose-leash walking, “middle”, "come when called" & "leave it." Includes additional behavioral tips to stop unwanted behaviors, such as jumping and barking.



Required each session:

Treat apron/ treat pouch

Small/Bite size training treats

Dogs must stay leashed at all times and maintain a minimum of a 6 foot distance from all other dogs. No harnesses.

Sessions begin at 7:30 pm, arrive by 7:15 pm
