Yesterday we received the worst call. Our mascot for "pawsitive grooming experiences" passed away suddenly & unexpectedly in her sleep on Easter at only 9 years old. 💔 Remi was literally one of the best dogs we've ever had the privilege of grooming! Noone enjoyed their spa days with us more than her! 🥰 She was one of our favorites & will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will miss you forever sweet girl! 🥺🌈❤️

Our passion, our purpose, our reason why we love senior pets so much.... is because of this little old lady ❤️ Just one month shy of her 17th birthday we had to lay our sweet Leah to rest. 💔 If you've been in the salon then you know we always had stories to tell about her! She taught me so much compassion & patience for our senior pets in their final years.🥺 I have helped so many pets cross the rainbow bridge, but nothing prepares you for losing your own. This seems like such an obvious thing to do especially when your pet uses the bathroom right next to our cars 🤦‍♀️ but every day we are outside picking up crap, because someone stepped in it! We provide a clean up station with bags, PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE & PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS!! Thank you! 🙃 P.s. We have outside cameras!

Good morning wonderful dog people! 🐾💕

A few friendly reminders for our salon:

🔹️We are still short staffed 😩... Please be aware if you are a current client of ours & get an additional dog that requires haircuts we can NOT groom the new pet! We are at our absolute MAX on dogs & can not take anymore at this time!

🔹️The doors remain locked until the time we open. Yes we are in the building early to set up for the day, but banging on the door or trying to rip the door handle off will not get you in any faster. This is a worldwide policy that you can not enter an establishment until the time they open.

🔹️We do not do walk in nail trims or set up appointments for that service alone. Must schedule a full groom that includes nails.

🔹️We ARE accepting new SHORT haired dogs for bath services only & are NOT taking any new dogs that require haircuts.

🔹️Each no call, no show appointment there will be a $15 fee added onto your next visit. We do document these & after 3 strikes, you're out! ❎

🔹️Our parking lot is for CUSTOMERS ONLY & is blocked off from public use.

⚠️⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️⚠️

We have been having an issue with becoming the meet up spot here in Georgetown. Our cameras go off all hours of the night with cars parking here, there's abandoned vehicles here constantly & people barrel thru our parking lot all day long. We have fixed our parking lot 4 times now & enough is enough! We decided to close both of our entrances off after hours & with Old Furnace staying closed permanently. We also have signs around the property warning that vehicles will be towed for trespassing! This is a private parking lot with live animals & no more thru traffic or random parking will be allowed! Thank you for understanding!

**TO OUR CLIENTS: Please be advised the parking lot will not be accessible until one of us gets there to take the cable down. I would recommend if you have an appointment at the time that we open to arrive as close to that as possible. There is still a small area that you can pull forward once you pull in the entrance that isn't roped off in the event we are not there yet.

After a year of countless disappointments in groomers in this area... We have made the decision to hire another bather instead! With that said... We will be opening up the doors again for new BATH (nails, ears, brushed included) clients only!
