Our Story
For the Love of the Dog
For The Love of The Dog is what inspired me to provide services with the comforts of home. I grew up with animals always around. My sister loved to bring home any lost or injured animal. We tended to them and played with them as well as loved them. I have taken care of animals all my life but made a career 25 years ago. I worked for 17 years in my parents kennel taking care of animals as well as grooming them. I also worked for many years in the hotel industry but decided these furry family members are where my passion is. Your furry family wants nothing more to be with you 24/7 but sometimes that just is not possible but with a little help from me we will make them feel as if they are on a trip too.
While your pets are here they will enjoy lots of one on one time with my family and I. They will also have playtime with other pets that are here as well as my own. I like to keep the home atmosphere so I do not like to take more than 4 dogs. I will take more over holidays due to the need. Comfort is very important for them and keeping uncontrolled chaos to a minimum.
