When Canelo wakes up tomorrow, it will officially be two years since he’s been at our shelter.

Two years since we saved him from the brink of death, but also two years now without a family.

As a staff and volunteer favorite, we just can’t comprehend this.

Yes, he would like to be the only pet, and yes, he doesn’t have the greatest kennel presence at times, but we promise Canelo is the sweetest, most gentle boy outside. He adores his people and is not hard to please. A soft patch of grass and a yummy snack is all it takes to keep him content.

Two years ago, Canelo fought his hardest to survive. And today, we will keep fighting to find his forever home.

Please ask about this sweet boy. And remember to never judge a dog by how they look in the kennel. You might just be surprised.

• When booking a meet and greet with me if you have specific time(s) or day(s) you want me to come walk your dog or visit please let me.

• Puppies must be FULLY potty trained for pet sitting services.

• I only take cash or check. No Venmo or PayPal.

$20 dollars per visit/walk.

$55 dollars a night for overnight pet sitting in the owners home.

$50 dollars per pickup / drop off for wedding transportation.

• My Cancellation Fees:
Example: If you book a vacation for 8 days your cancellation fee is $25

1 to 8 days is $25
9 to 18 days is $50
19 & higher is $60

Shady is 15 years old and living in the shelter.

She is blind and dealing with some senior woes, but she still has so much love to give. Her world may be a little darker, but her heart is brighter than ever.

Shady absolutely adores people. Even though she cannot see them, she is so trusting and loves to be pet. She truly is a reminder of how beautiful life can be, even when it's not perfect.

No senior deserves to live their golden years in the shelter, especially Shady. She deserves to live out her days in comfort, love, and peace.

Could you be the one to give her that?
