Welcome to the program Stormy! He came to us just recently & we are excited to get to know him. We are so grateful to have him as he is a sweet souls with a willingness to work with our instructors and clients. Sara is one of our instructors & is on him in this picture helping him acclimate to the barn & all the things going on ♥️

Getting the kids out to the barn is a great way to turn on their creativity which moves them through their boredom. They take in all the goings on out here even if they are on the sidelines playing. They learn to take responsibility for their community 🤠

We’re happy Arizona EquineDuchess is healing well, though she no longer has vision in her left eye. Early next week, Arizona Equine will be out to remove her stitches. Despite everything, Duchess is still her wonderful, sweet self, and we look forward to welcoming her back into our program once she’s fully recovered.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and support she’s receiving from our amazing neighbors, who are keeping her bathed, fly-sprayed, and on a gourmEquiStride, LLCbeen spending her recovery days in the pasture with a good human friend, which has been so beneficial for her well-being.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who continues to contribute to Duchess' care. Special thanks to Equistride for your generous donation towards her surgery. Your kindness means the world to us!

Each week, two dedicated youth riders wake up before 6a with excitement to practice and grow their horseback riding skills. Whether they're riding English or Western, their passion for learning and love for their horses shines through. Over time, they’ve formed a strong friendship, supporting each other as they navigate the challenges and joys of riding.

Their favorite horses, River and Joplin, have become trusted partners on this journey. Together, these riders and horses have built connections that go beyond the saddle, and their dedication will undoubtedly serve them well in the years to come.

To let go relax...and have confidence in where we are heading.

Many people ask how they can support our horses and community. Volunteers are helpful in that many hands make light work. Participating in sessions helps give our hard working horses a purpose. Helping out with sessions help provide mentors for our students at all levels & abilities.

Duchess you are truly a horse that touches every soul you encounter. You experience hardship as I comes, one step at a time. I’m learning that with you. These things don’t have to completely destroy you. Not even for a minute. We can move through them with grace in the same way that you do.

Duchess came out of surgery like a pro at Arizona Equine. The staff have been wonderful & she’s gonna be in their care till Thursday ❤️
We are so grateful!
Thank you to all those who contributed to her vet care including EquiStride, LLC. It takes a village & we certainly have a great one! Thank you for all the well wishes & prayers. She is definitely a trooper.

Our wonderful Duchess hit her head last night & sustained an injury to her eye. She had surgery today & will be recovering in the pasture annex we have. Currently it appears that the eye is just fine just needed to repair the broken bone above he eye so the pressure could be reduced. The folks at Arizona Equine always take such good care of our herd! Surgery went well & she should recover well.
The care for the surgery & aftercare is significant & so many have asked how they can contribute. If you want to contribute you can go to our website click on Our Herd & below the picture of Duchess you can Support her care. You can also Zelle to [email protected]
