I would hate to do it but with how many no call no shows I have been getting the last few weeks or last minute cancellations, I have been thinking of making it mandatory to have a card on file for booking appointments. If you can’t call to let us know of the cancellation, you will still be charged for the appointment. Please be respectful as this is what keeps the bills paid. It is also not fair to our other clients as we are booked out 2-3 weeks. This is turning into an inconvenience for everyone especially with holidays coming up.
