I want to put out a heartfelt thank you.

Today we had internet issues that created a mess of other technical issues, resulting in not being able to process card payments and our phones going in and out of service. Not only does this put us in panic mode, I know it also leaves many customers in a bad situation, as many people don’t carry cash on them. Today, not a single customer was upset or frustrated with our issues and work arounds. Nobody was upset that I was multitasking on the phone for over 2 hours with tech support while still trying to help customers at the counter. We were constantly met with kindness and understanding. I’m confident that we would have 101 more people that would’ve acted the same way, had they come in today. It’s truly the greatest feeling knowing we have the best customers.
