an breed we are exploring Sabino and Rabicano Markings, of course these markings are only in addition to correct arabian type. We also breed part arabians of color. This is a small portion of our program consisting mostly of a 3/4 palomino mare of excellent type (Ravenwood Wild Honey). We hope to increase focus in this area in the years to come and to strive for high percentage arabians in dun, cream, appy, overo and more. The main focus of our program has been the Pintabian breed. Pintabians are over 99% arabian in blood with tobiano markings and have their own registry in adition to being able to be registered pinto and usually half-arabian. Pintabians with half-arabian papers are generally 7A and above. There is a difference between Pintabians and pinto arabians so if you are looking at a horse marketed as pintabian ask to see its Pintabian Papers. If you have any questions about pintabians and what makes them unique please don't hesitate to ask. Pintabians are one of the newest breeds in the world so it isn't surprising if this is news to you!
