This is Rich, (Nan’s Hubby) I tried something new today with our cat Leonard. For the record, Leonard is a female, and she only has half a tail.

She did awesome!

We get lots of inquiries for cat grooming. It’s a consideration but we’d need to make a few changes and incorporate some additional equipment.

We’re told his dad is 185 pounds and is 7 ft on his hind legs! Snoop was the largest pup in the litter and we can’t wait to watch him grow up.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our loyal clients. Over the past 15 months, we have been blessed with invaluable insights. Firstly, we have been fortunate enough to work with exceptional clients who adore their pets. Secondly, operating a small business has its advantages, including forging new relationships, building connections with families, and becoming an integral part of the community, for which we are truly grateful. Thirdly, we have encountered unforeseen expenses that necessitate adjustments to our pricing structure.

Please be assured that we remain committed to providing premium services at fair prices. We do not surcharge for behavioral issues, a policy we intend to maintain. Our goal is to foster lasting bonds with our clients, ensuring a positive experience for pets, staff, and customers alike.

However, we will be implementing additional charges for pets with severely matted coats, as this condition necessitates extended grooming sessions. Please rest assured that we take great care in restoring the coat and alleviating any discomfort or pain the animal may be experiencing.

In addition, we kindly request that cancellations be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This courtesy enables us to accommodate our waitlist and reschedule appointments as needed. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a service charge.

Furthermore, we will be implementing a card processing fee, a development we had hoped to avoid but has become unavoidable. Rest assured that we will continue to accept checks and cash.

Lastly, please remind us to schedule your next appointment upon checkout, if we neglect to do so. Maintaining a consistent schedule is crucial in preventing poor coat conditions, reducing grooming time, and ensuring the overall comfort and happiness of your pets.

We appreciate your unwavering trust and loyalty to our small business. We are deeply grateful for your presence in our lives.
