"Today, Rose (my Myotonic goat), Tiki, and I had the pleasure of attending the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk of Central Virginia!

🌸 Rose is the daughter of Rue, who joined us at last year's walk, so it was extra special to share this experience with her.

It was such a joy to see the surprise and delight on the faces of walkers who got to meet a goat for the very first time! We were honored to connect with so many incredible people, and humbled by the stories shared. 💖 Moments like these remind us why we walk—to celebrate survivors, honor loved ones, and keep fighting for a cure.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hi to Rose and Tiki today! Your smiles made our day. 🐐💕

I’m excited to announce a new project at Robin Hood Ranch LLC! We’re raising $7,000 to build a new pasture and shelter for a rare breed of sheep—Awassi sheep.

These animals are valued for their wool, milk, and meat, and will be a fantastic addition to our ranch and Virginia’s agriculture.

Exciting news from Robin Hood Ranch LLC!

We’re thrilled to announce that Bessie, our beloved cow, is expecting her first calf!

We originally thought she was due by early to mid-August, but now we have a better understanding and expect her new arrival in early September. I guess I can stop running out every morning like a kid on Christmas 🎄
Well.. At least for a bit.

Stay tuned because we want you to help us name the baby, moo! What do you think Bessie will have—a boy or a girl? Let us know in the comments!

With the addition of 8 babies born over the weekend, and not sure what was going to be born...
I knew, regardless, I wanted 2 more, does. Meet Lucy & Ethel
Lucy is full mytonic, and Ethel is 1/2 mytonic.

They are in the house for the next 2 weeks for quarantine and to become more comfortable with me and our family.

Our original Stanley we were going to be picking up was found unresponsive on Wednesday. This is the sad side of farming and ranching. You can do everything right, and things like this can still happen.
I appreciate them letting us know and putting us in contact with other producers. As luck would have it, there was an all black registered mytonic buckling born on Head of Walker Farm LLC, and we purchased him immediately. It will be a bit before we can bring him home to play with Charlie, but we are excited all the same.
We decided to purchase a female from our original Stanley's producer since there will be no issues of similar gentics. Meet our Lucy (Lucille Ball)
