It has been a LONG 8 days here in Western NC.
I have lived here 30+ years, lived through Hurricane Hugo and let me tell you....it was NOTHING like this!
Neighbors are helping neighbors, people helping and donating thank you from the bottom of our hearts. There are mountain towns just 25 minutes away that have literally been obliterated....GONE. Many have lost loved ones, their homes....everything they have ever owned. Many have lost their lives.
The AADRI has been blessed to have not lost our homes, cars, or each other. BLESSED. We cannot begin to acknowledge everyone who has reached out, donated, or simply said a prayer for us. Please know it has ALL been deeply felt and appreciated.
If you are waiting on paperwork, please be patient...we will get it to you.
We hope you may join us at Nationals 2024, be prepared for some good old Southern hugs!
