Canine Good Citizens Practice Their Skills

This class helps ensure your dog is a respected member of the community. Learn and practice the 10 items that make up the CGC test including: accepting a friendly stranger, sitting politely, appearance/grooming, out for a walk, walking through a crowd, sit/down on command and staying in place, coming when called, reaction to another dog, reaction to distractions, and supervised separation. The last class is the actual evaluation.

This morning's puppy class working on sit/stay. Nice to have motivated owners that want well-behaved family dogs. That takes time and dedication. Great group of puppies. The facility is great for training. Everyone had a good time, including the puppies. Remember training should be fun, flexible and fair.
