🎄How Harlee ate the naughty list🎄

‘Twas the week before Christmas & all through the North Pole ❄️🗻

Santa couldn’t find his naughty list, not even his lumps of coal! 🪨

He thought to himself “Maybe I’d better check the barn one more time, I’m losing my sight” 🔍

When he reached the barn it was empty, the reindeer were practicing their flight! 🦌

He searched for his coal, with no lantern lantern to light.

“Finally!” He said. The barn became bright💡

As color filled the barn, Santa jumped with fright.

Coal covered paw prints leading out into the night! 🐾

Santa followed the trail with no end in sight.

“You got me this time, but next year I’ll lock it up tight!” 🔐

donation drive! We will be accepting donations through the end of the day Friday 12/6.

Welcoming donations by
Cash or check only (Addressed to PSPCA with Santa’s Claws and Paws in memo).

Also welcoming donations of cat or dog food, bedding, toys, etc. these can dropped off at the front desk at Pinnacle by end of day Friday.

Thank you for helping make a difference and giving these animals a Christmas full of love, toys, and full bellies 🎄🎅🐾🤍

Please join the Pinnacle team in congratulating one of our amazing ICU nurses Jess on passing her Veterinary Technician Specialty Exam and earning her VTS in Emergency and Critical Care! 🐾🩺

Earning your VTS in ECC is not a small feat. In order to obtain your VTS credential, a nurse must demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge in emergency & critical care, and must pass a rigorous board exam. The process takes years of studying, logging cases, and determination. Jess has put her all into earning this credential and deserves all the congratulations. We are so proud of you!

Senior pets teach us to slow down and enjoy the present moment, and show us that aging can be beautiful. Please help us find the owner of this sweet girl! She was found in Unionville at the intersection of Apple Grove Road & Doe Run Road. A Good Samaritan saw a car hit her and stopped to save her 💙She does not have a microchip, and seems to have given birth recently. Please share to local groups to help find this girls family 🐾

Happy National Veterinary Technician Week to the nurses who do it all!

Veterinary Technicians are so much more than what the world recognizes. Anesthetists, X-ray Techs, Laboratory Techs, Dental Hygienists, Emergency & Critical care Techs, Labor & Delivery Techs, Phlebotomists, Surgical Techs, Counselors, and most importantly, your pets advocate in their most vulnerable moments.

They give their all to make sure your pet feels comfortable and happy, sacrifice their lunch breaks to sit with your pet (sometimes sacrifice their lunch too), run to Costco to grab a rotisserie chicken for the patient who doesn’t like their food, lends their laptop to put on National Geographic for your anxious pet, and so so much more.

Here’s to celebrating the most compassionate humans, and recognizing just how much they do🤍🐾🩺

📣 ATTENTION ALL ANESTHESIA ENTHUSIASTS 📣

Pinnacle Veterinary Specialists is currently seeking an enthusiastic full-time veterinary nurse/technician to join our growing surgery team! 💉🐾

We are looking for someone that is collaborative and willing to learn! A certified veterinary technician is preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience in a specialty surgery service is not needed. The ideal candidate for this position:

- Has 1+ years experience as a CVT or in a comparable emergency/specialty facility.
- Recent graduate or current attendees from an AVMA accredited veterinary technician program will be considered.
- Has a desire to perform general anesthesia for surgery patients.
- Enjoys interacting with clients in appointments and responding to client questions.
- Has an interest in scrubbing in and acting as an assistant during soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries as needed
- Supports the emergency and critical care team in performing treatments on hospitalized surgery patients.
- Is kind, supportive of their team, and has a strong work ethic.
