🐾 Heat Safety:
* walk early or late - avoid hot pavement
* Never leave pets in parked cars
* Keep water & shade available
* Watch for signs of heatstroke(painting, drooling, lethargy)

Say hello to our superstar pup of the month! 🌟

This sweet soul may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up to you—get ready for some serious snuggles. 💕 He’s a total lovebug who adores playing with his besties Stitch, Bella, Jax, and Butler.

You can usually find him sitting side-by-side with his buddy Jax, chatting away with everyone through the window 🪟🐶. And after a full day of play with Miro, he’s all about those post-play cuddles with his favorite humans, Rachel and Kristy. 🥰

🌡️ Small & Medium Breeds:
✅ Safe: 60–70°F
⚠️ Caution: 75–85°F
🚫 Avoid: 90°F+

🌡️ Large Breeds:
✅ Safe: 60–65°F
⚠️ Caution: 70–80°F
🚫 Avoid: 85°F+

🔥 Don’t forget the Pavement Test!
Place the back of your hand on the sidewalk for 7 seconds—if it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for paws.

Here are a few summer safety tips from your friends at Heart + Paws:
