Puff and Fluff Arrowhead is looking for a full time Shop Coordinator.
We are looking for someone who can:
-Maintain a neat schedule for all our bookings
-Check-in/out with the pet owners about their scheduled services
-Update Puff & Fluff client notes, and ensure that all groomers and bathers have all the necessary information
-Help handle pets
-Answer all phone calls or messages from the clients appropriately and on time
-Address any questions/concerns raised by the clients
-Is able to give basic customer service to our clients and be able to explain the services available.
-Keep front lobby neat and clean
Qualifications
-Must be of legal age
-Must be legally allowed to work in Phoenix, USA
-Full-time availability during your assigned shift, Tuesday-Saturday
-Must have access to a wifi-enabled cell phone at all times, and is reachable through calls, email, and voicemail.
-Must be willing to travel if needed.(We have 9 locations)
-Must exhibit being trust, dependable, and reliable
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be willing to pay close attention to pets, and follow directions from pet owners.

We are currently looking for a shop coordinator who can:

Qualifications

Has at least 6 months of previous experience working with dogs and/or cats
Must be of legal age
Must be legally allowed to work in Phoenix, USA
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
Full-time availability during your assigned shift, from Mondays to Sundays
Must have access to a wifi-enabled cell phone at all times, and is reachable through calls, email, and voicemail.
Must be willing to travel and have reliable means of transportation to 2 Puff & Fluff locations (Arrowhead and North 32nd)
Must exhibit being trust, dependable, and reliable
Must have good communication skills
Must be willing to pay close attention to pets, and follow directions from pet owners.
Licenses or previous pet care experience is a plus!

Pet Groomer Job Description
This opening is for our shop located in Phoenix!
We are currently looking for a groomer who will:
•Groom, brush, clean the teeth, and trim the nails of our furry visitors
•Groom a wide variety of dogs
•Keep the grooming area clean and well-maintained.
•Not be afraid to be exposed to animals, and handle them in case of tantrums.
•Identify basic external parasites and know how to handle them appropriately.
•Provide their own equipment, ranging from, but not limited to; Hair clippers, nail clippers, blades, scissors, brushes, combs, and nail grinders.
•Give basic customer service and be able to explain the services available.
