We said a very sad goodbye to Mr. Cody today, at the grand old age of 16 years old. He was found collapsed early this morning and he went to sleep peacefully this afternoon. RIP Mr. Cody you will be very sadly missed by us all.

Sundancer Stables is really excited to announce the arrival of not just one baby yesterday but two client babies. Congratulations to Katie and Bill Latouf on the arrival of Sophie's paint c**t yesterday morning and Linda Lindley on the arrival of Pashanista's little filly Porsche yesterday evening. All are doing really well.

Sundancer Stables is really excited to announce the arrival of its second foal of 2024 yesterday evening - a palomino daughter sired by The Berry Cool Rock (Rocket) out of PS Bodacious Eva (Divya). She is our first Rocket baby of 2024. Both mum and daughter are doing well and the second photo is of her at 30 minutes old.

Sundancer Stables is really excited to announce the arrival of a palomino daughter for Shes So Berry Cool (Valentina), who is herself a daughter of Hes Berry Blazin, at 7pm this evening. She is sired by Certainly A Vision and is a full sister to Calista, one of our yearlings from last year. She is the first of six foals we are hoping for this year (if all goes to plan). Welcome to the World little one!!

Sundancer Stables was very excited to welcome our first baby of the 2023 last night at 7.30 pm. She is a palomino filly, sired by Certainly a Vision out of Shes So Berry Cool (Ms Valentina). Both mum and baby are doing well and she has 2 speeds - fast and conked!! We have not yet thought of a name for her, so watch this space...

Congratulations to Deni Cunningham on her multiple awards on Daisy this weekend at the Blue Ribbon Show. Together they achieved the following results:
- Hunter Under Saddle - Novice Horse All Ages - 2 x 1st Places;
- Hunter Under Saddle - Open - 1st Place and 2nd Place;
- English Equitation - Walk/Trot All Ages - 2 x 2nd Places;
- English Pleasure - Novice Horse - All Ages - 2nd Place and 3rd Place.
Way to go Deni and Daisy - very well done!!!

We said a very sad farewell to the 5 Star Traveller's Outlaw aka the Sundancer or Sunny this morning, who died peacefully in his sleep last night at the grand old age of 28 years. He was my first horse - a Palomino Missouri Foxtrotter that I bought back in 2007. He retired at the age of 25 so he was a retired old gentleman. He will be very sadly missed by us all. RIP Mr Sundancer!!

Little Miss Chandra at 5 days old today out enjoying the sunshine this afternoon with her mom, Shes So Berry Cool (Valentina). She was sired by Machine Made and she is a grand-daughter of Hes Berry Blazin (Troy). We called her Chandra as she was born on the day of MahaShivaratri in India and she appears to have a moon on her forehead. Chandra means "the Goddess of the Moon".

Sundancer Stables is thrilled to announce the arrival of a buckskin filly foal, sired by Machine Made out of Shes So Berry Cool (Miss Valentina), who arrived this morning. We decided not to breed more horses last year because of COVID so she will be our only foal this year. This little one is our first granddaughter for Hes Berry Blazin (Troy).

Our old Sundancer Stables sign fell down and broke into pieces during a storm earlier in the year and today Megan Moreno and her Dad, James, bought this beautiful new sign on varnished wood that they had both made to replace our old sign. They put it up on 67th Avenue for us and it looks totally amazing. I was incredibly touched by this wonderful surprise. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude - thank you both so much!!

Mr Barry, our 10 hh Shetland Donkey came home to us this week along with his carriage and driving harness. Due to COVID Camelot is not allowing clients onto their property so Mr Barry, who was part of their driving program, currently has no therapy work to do so they brought him home to us. He met HRF's 2 mini donkeys who are now his new neighbors. He tried to make friends with a pregnant miniature horse a few years ago, and she was having none of it and promptly kicked him in the teeth, hence his broken front teeth and cheeky grin! Welcome home Barry!!

Many congratulations to Brandy Vaincourt as Ikissedagirlnilikedit (Mr Diesel), her 2014 Gelding sired by Hes Berry Blazin (Troy) out of Duchess Redhot Angel, who was at the 2020 PHBA Palomino World Show in Springfield, IL this week and who is now a 2020 PHBA World Champion, 6 x NSBA Champion and 5 x Reserve World Champion. These are absolutely fantastic results. Way to go Brandy and Mr Diesel!!!

Over the years we have been accumulating a lot of unused tack, which we are in the process of sorting and cleaning up and we are planning on holding a used tack sale at Sundancer Stables, at 23022 N 67th Avenue, Glendale AZ 85310, next Saturday September 26th. We have lots of Western and English tack that includes headstalls, with bits that can be sold separately, martingales and tie downs, chest collars and chest straps, reins, back cinches, halters, saddle pads, etc.
So if anyone is looking for some of these tack items please do swing by to take a look at what we have.
Please note we do have a mandatory mask policy on the property and we will be trying to observe social distancing. More information on times will follow later.
