LOST DOG ALERT!

"Bellatrix" Bowman was out hiking with her family near the Duncan Ranch Trail in Glenrock, WY on Tuesday, March 18th, in the afternoon before the snow started when she disappeared. The owners said they took the first left turn after the trail turn off and were hiking there when she was lost.

She is around 30 lbs, spayed 4 year old mix with a blue collar with bows, crowns and ID tags with her family's contact info on it. She is black with a white chest and brindle legs and feet. She is wary of strangers, but very friendly once she realizes you're okay.

We are so happy to have Dr. Mares back in action. Luke was so excited to shake her hand and meet her today. 😍

We are so thankful to have 3 amazing Doctors. Dr. Garretson filled some big shoes while Dr. Mares was out after her ankle surgery and handled all the extra surgeries, appointments and emergencies like a seasoned vet. We are also always thankful to have Dr. Hanson stop in once a month to give our regular Doctors some much needed rest.

Blessed beyond measure 🩺🐾❤️

We couldn't ask for a better person to be head of our little clinic. Dr Mares is one of the most caring, intuitive, and quick witted people we have the pleasure to know. She continually holds the animals and people of this community as a priority all while raising two spitfire daughters with her mountain man.

She's proven herself time and time again to be a fantastic surgeon and doctor for all of her patients, large and small. We know that you guys love her just as much as we do. She is a light in this community and we are so grateful for her.

It’s National Love Your Pet Day! We love our clinic cat Milo and we were so excited to meet Brandon when he stopped by yesterday. Brandon and his cousin found Milo caught in a fence 11 years ago and brought him into the clinic. It’s a tad bit chilly right now but it is supposed to warm up to a whopping 20 degrees here this afternoon. Bundle up and head on down to the clinic from 2-4pm for our next Open Vaccination Clinic. We will be working out of the front door so everyone can get in and out of the cold. Per usual we ask that cats be in carriers and dogs on a leash. Hope to see you then! 🐾

Happy President's Day! 🇺🇸 Our clinic is closed today, Monday the 17th. We will be back open with our regular hours tomorrow, and then on Wednesday the 19th we will be having our next open vaccination clinic from 2-4. We hope to see you there! 🐾

As most of you might have noticed Dr. Mares has been stuck in a boot for a bit. She broke her ankle twice in the last 6 months. While that didn’t slow her down much, she decided she wanted to break up with the boot eventually and so today she went under the knife to get it fixed. This means she’s not passing through any metal detectors without setting them off for a while and it also means she’s going to be on “cage rest” for about 3-4 weeks. We are going to miss her schenanigans and big heart around here while she’s out of the clinic. Please join us with wishing Dr. Mares a speedy recovery. 💕

-Cats can get pregnant as early as 4 months of age, but most commonly between 5-6 months. -Cats can go into heat multiple times a year -Cats can get pregnant again quickly, even while nursing.

There’s still time to get on the schedule for Truckin’ Tuesday tomorrow. We can come to your place for large or small animal services. Give us a call 307-436-8313.

Tuesday February 4th we will have a Doctor available and ready to hit the roads of Converse and Natrona County. We are going to have a trial run for Truckin’ Tuesdays to see if there is a need for more home/ farm visits. Large animal services available will be dependant upon the facilities in order to keep our Doctors safe. Give us a call to get your pets/ livestock on the schedule. 🐾

We need to give a couple birthday shoutouts….

Happy Birthday to our young in’ Jade. We don’t get to see Miss Jade too often these days because it’s hockey season and she’s busy kicking some butt on the ice, but boy do we love it when she’s around. She’s got a great smile, an amazing heart and is always willing to pitch in a hand where it’s needed.❤️

Happy Birthday to our super tech Mara! You can typically find Mara running the chute for cattle work, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently or cuddling an adorable cat . Mara is an incredible mentor and never hesitates to answer questions with a smile on her face. We are so thankful for her quick witted humor, leadership and guidance everyday. ❤️
