We wanted to take the time and address some of our more frequently asked questions:
1. Where are you located?
A: Terra Cotta Ave, Glens Falls, NY (1 street over from Lexington) across from the Cemetary that's off Bay.
2. Do you groom cats?
A: Yes, however we do require at this time, that they be vaccinated, have a good temperament, and have been groomed before. We typically groom only a few cats per week, and these book out far.
3. How much is my groom?
A: This depends on dog breed and weight of the dog. (As weight is an indicator of size) and you should have this info handy when booking an appointment.
4. Do you have weekend availability?
A: Yes, however Saturday spots are limited, and not every Saturday is worked. We do not currently offer Sunday availability.
5. Do I have to get a groom if I just want their nails done?
A: No. We do offer bath services including a**l gland expression. And we offer just nail trims.
6. My dogs anxious, have you dealt with pups with anxiety before?
A: Absolutely! Most dogs do not love to be groomed and would much rather be at home, in your lap, on the couch, or outside in the yard. But we show them 1on1 attention, in a small personal salon, without a bunch of other dogs around working them up.
7. Can I/Should I stay for the groom?
A: Absolutely not. Your pup already doesn't want to be away from you, and seeing you waiting for them just drives them to try and get to you. Pups handle much better when the only person to interact with is their groomer. As much as you don't want to leave them alone, they will be perfectly fine in our care, and they will give you all the affection when you come pick them up.
8. Can I pay with...
A: We take Cash, Check, and Card payments, though due to the card companies we will have to pass the 2.5% charge onto you with card payments.
9. Can I schedule multiple appointments?
A: Definitely! In fact we encourage you to get on a regular schedule with their grooming. It gets them well acclimated to the groomer, keeps them looking pretty/handsome and guarantees your spot incase that week fills up otherwise.
10. I'm looking for a groomer, are you taking new clients?
A: Yep! We are still a newer salon and therefore have availability for new clients! Our Groomer, Bri is not new to the industry though, so no worries there!
