We are a small, in-home breeder of Labradoodles we are located in Glenview IL, Chicago. We raise our dogs at home where they are free to play with our children. Our Labradoodles are all living in the comforts of our home and are an indispensable part of our family . . The puppies are introduced to the outside world and many of it's wonders before they leave us for their forever families.

We are thrilled to announce that our sweet Mama Shiloh is expecting her newest litter, arriving January 9th-13th 2025! 🐾✨ We can't wait to welcome these adorable little ones and share their journey with all of you. Meet Our Sweet Girl!🐾

This little lady is looking for her perfect forever home! She will be 10 weeks old this coming Thursday and has already stolen the hearts of everyone she meets. She's a cuddly bundle of love who thrives on affection and attention. She’s incredibly smart, always eager to learn, and loves to explore new things — especially if there's a tasty treat involved!😉

Her previous family made the very difficult decision to part with her due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were heartbroken to see her go. Now, this precious girl is ready to bring joy and love into a new family’s life. If you're looking for a playful, loving companion who will fill your home with happiness, she might just be the one for you!

🌟 Exciting Update from Brightstar Labradoodles! 🌟

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that my Bluey litter puppies have found their forever families! 🐶💖 Some of them have already gone home, some of them are going in pairs and I couldn't be happier for the new adventures that lie ahead for them!

For the three puppies still with me, we’re continuing their training with early socialization, basic puppy manners, potty training, crate training, and so much more. It’s such a joy to see them learn and grow each day!

To all the families who have welcomed their puppies into their homes, I want you to know that you’re now a part of our Brightstar Labradoodle Family! 🏡✨ Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any support or have questions on this exciting journey with your furry babies. Our adorable "Bluey Litter" are now 6 weeks old,
This week, they're becoming more adventurous, exploring their surroundings with wagging tails and curious noses. Their little personalities are really starting to shine through, with some being playful explorers and others more cuddly and calm. 🐶💕

They're also getting more coordinated—watching them run around and play is pure joy! We're continuing with gentle socialization, and they're responding wonderfully to new sights, sounds, and smells.

We’re so excited to see them grow into the loving companions we know they’ll be. 🥰

So much fun watching these adorable pups grow ...our "Bluey Litter " is Officially 1 month old 🎉✨🐾
They are definitely much more active and getting lots of play with litter mates, we are now getting growls and barks 🥰

Officially, our "Bluey Litter" is now 3 weeks and 2 days old! By the end of this week, our puppies will become more curious and independent. As they move into their fourth week of life, their development continues at a rapid pace.

Here are some things to expect this week:

🐾 Increased Activity: Puppies are now more coordinated and active. They will spend more time playing, exploring, and interacting with their environment and littermates.

🐾 Weaning Process: The transition from mother’s milk to solid food becomes more prominent. We have already introduced softened, high-quality puppy food mixed with puppy formula to make it easier for them to chew and digest.

🐾 Teething Intensifies: With more teeth coming in, puppies will enjoy chewing on toys to relieve their discomfort.

🐾 Exploring Their World: Puppies’ senses are becoming sharper, and their curiosity about their surroundings is growing. Providing a safe and stimulating environment with plenty of new sights, sounds, and textures is essential for their cognitive development.

🐾 Human Interaction: We continue to handle the puppies gently, exposing them to different people and experiences. This helps them become well-adjusted to various human interactions and environments.

A few fun points

During weeks 2 and 3 of a puppy's life:

🐾Eyes and Ears Open: Puppies start to open their eyes and ears around 10-14 days old, letting them see and hear their surroundings for the first time.
🐾Wobbly Walkers: They begin to get stronger and start moving around more, learning to stand and walk, though they might still be a bit wobbly but they can fully support their body on 4 legs
🐾Tiny Teeth: Their baby teeth, or milk teeth, start to come in during this period.
🐾Playtime: Puppies start interacting more with their littermates and mom, which helps them learn important social skills.
🐾Tasting New Things: During this period , we'll introduce to the puppies solid food, so we can start the transition from their mother's milk.
🐾And lots of human touch including massages and desensitizing exercises

We’ve been a bit quiet here, but here’s a recap of the past month!🍂 First, Maisy and Stella (Jade’s puppies from our summer litter) came back to spend a few days with us over Thanksgiving🦃, and later Lien (Shiloh’s puppy from last winter’s litter) joined the fun. During their stay, we received the exciting news—♥️Shiloh has a new litter on the way, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! 🥰 Omg! I can't wait Meanwhile, every day has been filled with playtime and love with our amazing puppies. Cookie has been a busy (and very proud) Grandma for sure.... And now, we’re soaking up all the joy as we wait and count down the days until Christmas! 🎄🎁 . . . . Stay tuned for for Jade's puppies as well... Most likely we'll be confirming her litter in January expecting her to have a due date sometime in March ...
