Huge congratulations to Will Coleman and his exceptional team for their one-two finish at the Aiken Eventing Showcase, for a record-breaking second year in a row!
The very best in the country came out to compete at Bruce's Field.
Will's performance with his world class partners Chin Tonic and Off The Record were exceptional!
Team Coleman runs a first rate operation with no stone left unturned and the horses well-being, their highest priority
I am deeply grateful for our lifelong friendship and sharing of thoughts and ideas to improve our programs, even if it's microscopically.
Additional congratulations to Boyd Martin and Philip Dutton for their successful weekend. Hoping, as always, Boyd has a quick recovery from his tumble.

Yesterday was a special day… Happy birthday to our dearest Wayne.
Thank you for all the extraordinary things you contributed to our team; kindness, generosity, sensibility, work ethic, and all the special people and horses you chose to surround yourself with.
We are blessed with your God-given presence every day, whether it be in the barn, out on a hack, training in the arena, competing at a horse show or simply out on the patio having dinner.
There are no words to adequately describe how much we miss you, Wayne!

Kulak Equestrian has been blessed with many exceptional horses over the years.
When they pass over Rainbow Bridge, those of us left behind have a very heavy heart but also incredibly special memories.
Paladin (Dan) who Michelle Chester Kulak purchased as a four-year-old from our dear friend and top veterinarian Stacey Thacker Anderson, is one of those extraordinary horses. Possessed with natural talent and an equally precious temperament, Dan developed into a top 2* event horse and carried Michelle and me to many top placings. When it was time for Dan to mentor another rider, he landed in a very special family with Laura Kestner and Jack Brennan.
Jack developed an equally strong relationship with Dan and enjoyed tremendous success. The kindness, meticulous care and love that Laura and Jack provided for Dan contributed greatly to his lengthy career!
Paladin will forever hold a special place in all our hearts and will surely continue to gallop through the hills of heaven as beautifully as he did with all of us!!

The two tragic airline accidents once again strike the heart.
The scope of this is immeasurable and the ripple effect to so many is basically incomprehensible.
The team here at Kulak Equestrian knows first-hand the pain felt with the tragic loss of our precious and valued friend, Wayne Barr. Our hearts go out to so many who are experiencing an enormous suffering and loss at this time, including the first responders who have the incredibly challenging job to recover all of the victims of these accidents.
Remember, it is crucial to value every day and every person in your life as you never know from one moment to the next how life may change. 😔😔🙏🙏💕💕❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

We arrived in Wellington in late October and we hit the ground galloping!
Several horses have been competing and all our riders were here enjoying spectacular weather and a very busy riding holiday!
This year presented many valuable life lessons from both the highs and lows of an equestrian career.
The takeaways presented are very valuable.
It's so important not to let life's pendulum swing too far either way,
always aim for the bright side and put your heart and soul into what you do every day!
