Looking for a part time (25-30 hours/week), punctual, dependable, hard working individual that has experience working with a group of a variety of dogs at once.

We have a great group of daycare dogs that require close monitoring to ensure the safety of all.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to); closely watching group of dogs, keeping their energy balanced, walking the indoor and outdoor areas and keeping them safe, clean and tidy, scooping waste, cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, intake of dogs while clients drop off, documenting, retrieving dogs when clients pick up, small cashier duties. open and closing shifts (mainly closing shifts, starting between 10 and 12pm and ending at 6pm)

We are looking for an energetic but assertive individual who is comfortable controlling a group of dogs. Candidate must understand canine behavior , body language and energy. Individual must be punctual and reliable with a near perfect attendance record, someone that is a good team player and also works well independently. Some shifts may begin at 6:30 am, most will end at 6 pm. Some Saturdays may be required. If this is questionable, please do not apply.

For the right individual this will be a very enjoyable and rewarding position in our growing company with opportunities for raises and full time employment.

Experience working with dogs is strongly preferred. Must have strong customer service skills.

Looking to fill a permanent position, no temporary hires.

Must be at least 18 years of age. This is an "on your feet" position, and you will be walking around during the entire 5-8 hour shift. Must able to lift 50 pounds easily. The weather will always be a part of the job as well. Outside during snowy days, windy times etc.

This job has little interaction with the clients, however you will be required to bring in your own mask for your shift. We provide hand sanitizer. We sanitize and clean regularly, sanitize the air with purifiers etc.

Keep that bowl clean for a healthy pup ❤

This is good information to share. I feed so many dogs and scrub so many bowls that the practice is ingrained in me, but I’m not sure others clean their dogs bowls as often as they should.
