This morning, a helpless puppy was thrown in the ditch adjacent to our sanctuary, and we were able to capture the entire event on camera.

We acknowledge the invaluable assistance of everyone involved. Although our animal rescue endeavors have not yet accomplished their intended objective, we will continue unabated. Significant strides have been made, and we will persevere in our mission thanks to employees volunteers,worlds greatest animals, donations, and blessings. We have a handsome boy available for adoption. Please contact us at 870-828-2881 if you are interested in welcoming him into your family. He has reached the end of his time at the animal control shelter we need to get him adopted ASAP. He has been fully vaccinated. He is so sweet and loving.
PAWS is looking for responsible foster parents to take in one of our dogs that are up for adoption! Our dogs need to learn basic training commands and house rules. They don’t get the opportunity for that at the shelter/sanctuary setting. They need to be in a home around people that can work with them some every day. PAWS will provide a crate and food and will continue to provide the medical care for the dog. Purr update! She is loving her life on the farm! Her family spoils her and showers her with love and they’re very thankful she found her way to them and we are too! 🫶🏻❤️
We have made considerable progress in upgrading our infrastructure, which now includes several structures, and have implemented perimeter security measures by fencing in the entire property. Proverbs 28:1 "The wicked flee when no man pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion"

Regrettably, despite administering various treatments over a few days, we had to bid farewell to the dog at the veterinary clinic. The spinal cord injury seemed to affect his motor neuron functions, and he didn't deserve to suffer.

This poor baby was hit by a car, we were called by Glenwood police department. We are at Wrights vet now with him. He has a serious injury Please help us find his owner!!We are trying to give them a chance to claim him , he could be paralyzed won't know until tomorrow and if he is paralyzed then see if the owner would want to put him down

Update : lady is making excellent progress, and it is anticipated that she will be able to return home to her owner in just a few weeks whom she misses.
Although we are over capacity, we couldn't stand by and watch her suffer. She's a gentle soul, scared and perplexed by all she's been through.
A dog was found at Wrights grocery store with a flea collar but no other identifying information. If you recognize this dog, please contact the Glenwood city pound where she is currently being held. We are dedicated to reuniting this dog with her owners.

Jazzy got loose from her owner Melissa from Caddo Motel. She went over to the Killian’s heating and Cooling yard and disappear after that around 10:55 am. Please keep an eye out for her and call the PAWS number with any information. 870-828-2881

Progress at the shelter!! All the dogs are now moved from the city pound to the new PAWS rescue/sanctuary! Apryl and her crew have put in a ton of hours, blood, sweat and tears to make this happen!! She needs a huge amount of praise for persevering even when it got incredibly difficult and seemed hopeless. She pushed through with determination and strength from her relationship with Jesus to make it happen! We’re so proud of her and all the amazing work she is doing. 👏🏻 We love you Apryl! ❤️ Kerrie & Ryan
