JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!! This English saddle, along with its pads and girths, is perfect for all-purpose riding. I have been using it as a lesson saddle. It has served my program well. It has youth irons and leathers. Take note of all flaws and blemishes in the pictures. I purchased it thinking it was a 15” saddle but it does measure more towards 16-16.5”. Good afternoon everyone! I wanted to take a moment to post about a few products that Keith recommends quite a bit when we are out trimming. The first two products concentrate on getting rid of thrush. Durasole and Farriers’ Fix Hoof Oil are two products that we have had great results with. Durasole is used on the bottom of the foot in the grooves along either is of the frog and in the central sulcus. Be careful it will stain your hands and clothes purple. Farriers fix hoof oil can be placed on the bottom of the hoof and on the top. The last product pictured is Farrier’s Formula hoof supplement. We have had great results using this product on our own horses and recommending it to client horses. It helps to improve the overall health of the hoof. Another very important aspect to healthy hooves is YOU/US! Make sure you are cleaning and checking your horses feet as often as possible. Picking your horses feet out helps to keep that thrush from getting in little cracks in the hoof and starting to grow.
