The dog that taught me all the hard lessons about owning a dog looked a lot like Juneau. When I imagined Tide Pool I dreamed of a place where Georgia my Anatolian/Great Pyrenees would be happy. I held out for the right place. One with land and smells, and animals to chase. With owls hooting in the distance and coyotes howling at night. A place where she could use all of her senses. Georgia never made it to Tide Pool, but I am sure glad other dogs like her get to experience it in her honor.

We are now offering group classes at Tide Pool. We had a Level 1 Class on Mondays at 5p & Level 2 at 5p on Tuesday.

You can drop in or schedule the whole series. Classes are limited to 4 dogs per class!

Outdoor Yard Bookings Are Now Available
Does your dog need a quiet place to run, sniff, and unwind? We’re excited to offer two private outdoor yards that can now be reserved for off-leash time.

The Fenced Retreat

A fully enclosed 8-foot fenced yard designed for dogs who need a secure, predictable space. Ideal for reactive or anxious dogs, or any dog who requires a safe environment without surprise dogs.

The Reserve

A large, open, unfenced yard with plenty of room to explore. Perfect for confident dogs with reliable recall or for long-line adventures in a natural, spacious setting.
Both yards offer a peaceful alternative to crowded dog parks and give your dog room to move at their own pace. You’re welcome to bring a friend’s dog, but please keep barking to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.
Bookings are now open. Choose your yard, select your time, and enjoy a calm outdoor experience with your dog.
