We have 3 more of the cruelty case dogs to post. Charlie- 1 year old Shihtzu mix boy, Marshall- 1-2 year old Shihtzu / Schnauzer boy, and Winston 3 year old Chihuahua /Corgi male. Charlie and Marshall were severely matted and had to be completely shaved. Winston was emaciated but with yummy food he is looking better. All 3 will be neutered soon. Tomorrow starts the big cat event- the Virginia Cat Festival. Many special guests, vendors, presentations, kittens for adoption, etc. The event is on both Sat and Sunday Nov 1 and 2 from 11-5 both days. It is at the Williamsburg Lodge- 310 S England Street.

Please submit adoption applications ahead of time for pre approval of kittens- critters4urescueinc.org

This is going to be a purrfect weekend. We will have many items for sale, raffle basket, and giveaways. Hope to see you there.

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO VOTE!

Please be sure to stop by the Wild Birds Unlimited in Yorktown to vote for our rock display. We are participating in an awesome contest with Wild Birds Unlimited in Yorktown. Wild Birds Unlimited is doing a rock painting contest, and we are one of the organizations who entered. From now until October 31- please go to Wild Birds Unlimited in Yorktown to vote for our rocks. Simply look at the rock display, ask the cashier for a ticket and enter it in the basket. Each organization was given an area to display painted rocks. There is a name plaque in front of each section. The winner with the most votes will be chosen to receive $1000. Please help us win by voting for us as well as sharing for others to vote as well.
