Caira's Farm & Vineyard is going to be a permaculture farm growing vegetables, fruit, nuts, as well as whatever possible! We plan on emphasizing grapes throughout the property, as wine-making will be our initial focus. Throughout the years it has primarily been Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, but we plan on expanding our repertoire fast. Here is what you can expect from us in the fall months.

e-making is about to start! We will post pictures and keep you updated on the process. The wine is expected to be ready by Thanksgiving.
- We already have homemade tomato sauce available, and will continue to make this throughout the fall/winter.
- In the next few weeks, homemade pasta will also be made available.
- By thanksgiving, we will be making a variety of gift baskets which will include all of the above, and more. The rest of our fall will be dedicated to preparing our land before the winter comes, so that once spring comes we will be ready to go on many more projects as soon as the snow melts. We have a very long way to go and a lot of work, but we look forward to cementing ourselves in our community with healthy food, sustainable living, and good wine!
