❄️🐾 Winter is here! Keep your pets safe with these essential cold weather tips:

1️⃣ Limit Outdoor Time: Pets can get frostbite and hypothermia just like humans. Shorten walks during extreme cold and always monitor their behavior.

2️⃣ Bundle Up: Short-haired and senior pets may benefit from a cozy sweater or jacket during walks.

3️⃣ Paw Protection: Ice, snow, and de-icing chemicals can hurt your pet’s paws. Wipe their paws after walks, and consider pet-safe booties for extra protection.

4️⃣ Watch for Antifreeze: Antifreeze is toxic to pets but has a sweet taste that can attract them. Clean up spills immediately and keep it out of reach.

5️⃣ Shelter from the Cold: Never leave pets outside for extended periods, even if they have thick fur. Provide a warm, dry place indoors for them to rest.
